Construction of Prefabricated structure of Conference Hall in New Distt. Hospital at Kathua (Under Languishing) Design criteria & Dimensonal Data Design parimeter a) Seismic - Zone V b) Wind Speed - 55m/s (As per IS-875) c) Temp Range - 10'' to 50'' C d) Snow Load - 0. Specification of Steel Structure Trusses made out of MS rectangular hollow section of size 66 x 33x239mm thick at the distance of 3 mtr centre to centre should be provided as shown of Drg (plan) all. The slope of the truss shall be maintained as 1:4 and confirming to IS4923:997 amdt1. Main columns are made out of RH steel section of size 96 mm x 48mm x 3.25 mm thick confirming to IS4923:1968. MS plate of Size 230 x 230 x 8mm thick with 4 No's pre drilled holes of size 18mm dia for fixing 16mm dia and 450mm long bold including necessary nuts and washers to be provided for fixing of column at fdn. MS plate of size 200 x 200 x8mm thick should be welded at top of the column to receive the steel truss. Verandah Rafter made out of Rectangular hollow section of size 66 x 33 x 2.9mm thick with MS plate of size 190x190x6mm thick welded a both end of rafter with 02 No's of pre drilled holes of 14mm dia to connect the main and verandah column. Necessary MS cleats and holes to be provided as per site requirement. Purlins made out of 66 x 33 x2.9mm thick RH steel section shall be fixed on truss and rafter with MS cleats, welding and bolts and nuts complete.

Roof. The roof shall be in slope 1:4 approximately. The roof shall be provided with pre coated profiled Galvanized steel sheet (GI bases) of profile 1070mm x 3650 mm, 0.5mm thick with trapezoidal shaped profile confirming to AFTMA653/ZIF 3312/IF227/AF1397 and of thik 0.50mm make TATA/JINDAL/ASIAN ISI marked or equivalent. Roof protection. The roof will have minimum projection of 0.45m at the eaves and 0.30m at gable of the structure.

Steel Door. Pressed steel Doors Frame shall be made from pressed steel 4 sided frame using CR steel of size 75mm x 45mm x 1.5mm (thickness) and confirming to IS:513:1994 amdt 1&2. It will also have 04 No's 125mm MS hinges welded onto the frame. Shutters shall be made out of 32mm thick flush doors as per IS2202(part1):1991. The door shutters shall be fixed with the door frame with 4 No's MS oxidized hinges of 125mm Length. The door shutters shall be provided with

Steel Windows:- Steel windows of size 1.00m x 1.20m shall be provided. Frame shall be made from pressed steel using CR steel of 1.5mm thickness of size 75mm x 45mm profile conforming to IS:513:1994 amdt and 2. It will also have 6 Nos 75mm MS butt hinges welded on to the frame. The frame shall have MS grills made from MS square bar of 8mm having qual spacing of 125mm shutter shall be made out of steel rectangular hollow boxprofile of 1.25mm thick as per drawing each of the windows shutters will be include MS oxidized handle of 150mm, MS oxidized tower bolts of 100mm and 1 No window stay. Glass sheet of 4mm thickness shall be fixed using glass putty.

Wall panels: The 50mm thick wall should be made up of 0.5mm thick TMT PPGI ribbed sheet on both sides with a layer of rigid CFC free polyurethane foamn of denisity 44KG+ 10%/Cum as insulation in between. The panel will be provided tongue and groove by online manufacturing system of panels wills requisite width and length; shape will be used as interlocked system.

False Ceiling: The false ceiling shall be made with 6mm thick cement flat sheet/board(Asbestos free) confirming to IS-14276:1995 or to category 3 type B as per IS14862:2000, False ceiling will be supported with the help of inverted CRCA Tee section 25 x25 x3mm thick and L section of 25 x 25 x3mm thick fixed appropriately to the truss of Make: Everest/ Charminar.

Electric fitting: The electric fittings shall be concealed type and shall be run upto external face of the wall of the structure near main door. All wiring shall be concealed type & PVC insulated copper fl;exible wiring as per the specification of approved make like HPL/Polycab FRLS/RR/KEI/Anchor

Finishing: All necessary steel surfaces and other exposed surfaces shall be painted with approved quality of paints.
