Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good distrurbed ground (posts embedded in concrete), complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) Each n exc 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance of n exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish from premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep for foundation etc or for shafts, column footings or for laying cables etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation, filling, mass concreting etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cills, coping, benching on chajjas, roof kerbs, bed blocks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation, filling, mass concreting etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolled mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6 to 8 mm dia MS screw bolts (Machine made ) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5 cm but not exc 10 cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised fencing (3 to 4 mm dia), any size or type, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standard rails, straining bolts etc, including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel round bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape and provided as support for strengthening of chain link fencing including necessary welding, riveting etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with pulverized fuel Ash-lime bricks (old size fly ash bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair face of concrete and finished the surface even & smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) not exc 50 m distance and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above starting point, complete all as specified and directed.
