Excavation in foundations trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in hard/ soft rocks, chiseling / wedging out of hard /soft rock including dewatering in saturated soil up to all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil / materials not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 centimeter layers when required into plinths side of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing wook work in Door Window clerestory window and other frame in position 2nd class deodar wood for chowkhat of door window within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows. Including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. 40mm thick within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and fixing MS plain grills of required pattern in wooden frames of windows extra with M.S flats square of round bars with round headed bolts and nuts plain grill with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Brick work using comman burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level ( Second class bricks ) in cemnt 1:6 within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

15mm cement plaster in single on fair side of brick / concrete /stone masonry wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including arises, internal rounded angles chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand ) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

20 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angle chamfers and or rounded angle not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in CM 1:6 ( 1 cement 3 sand) involving all leads and lifts as per Direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Stone /boulders filling under floor within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Steel work welded in built-up section, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in beams joists channels, angle cleats as in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters, steel gate and like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing 0.63 mm thick corrugated C.G.I. sheet roofing fixed with galvanised iron J or L hooks ,bolts and nuts 8 mm diametre G.I. Limpet and bitumen washers complete within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M50 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 40mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) laid over and joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curing rubbing & polishing complete (Sub base concrete floor to be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing following anodized aluminium fittings of anodized transparent and shade with necessary screw etc complete 250x16 mm

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium Tower Bolt barrel type fittings of anodized transparent and shade with necessary screw etc complete 150x10mm

Providing and fixing aluminium handles fittings of anodized transparent and shade with necessary screw etc complete. In all respect of engineer in charge. Size 100MM
