Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fan including dismantling of blades, transportation to work shop and carrying out rewinding, transportation to site, reinstallation with required cable and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Rewinding will be measured and paid under respective item of this Schedule.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep by dismantling of fan motor cutting and removing of burnt windings, cleaning, winding with supper enameled copper wire of superior quality, same gauge of wire, same Nos of turns, provn of insulation paper applying of varnish drying of varnish and assembling of fan including replacement of gun metal bush, ball bearing where ever required complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Gun metal bush, clamp, shaft, rod, bearing shall be measured and paid separately
