Supply , installed, testing and commissioning of Silent DG set with CPCB approved acoustic enclosure with AMF panel of testing capacity 62.5 KVA , 50 KW , 1500 RPM , Turbo Charged, water cooled comprising of suitable 84 BHP Engine with microprocessor based Genset controller with silencer and canopy for soundles mode (sound level not exe level specified by contol pollution board) and alternator both mounted on a common base frame conforming to ISO-3046/BS-5514 and IS-10002 rated for 415 volts 50 cycles , 0.8 Power factor (PF) complete with residential silencer, AVM pads , battery with its leads, first fill of lub oil and all engine accessories such as self starter, alternator/dynomo with suitable coupling and base frame on foundation as recommended by the manufacture and consisting of other electrical component and maintenance free battey including suitable size of coppeer cable lead with teminal, all mounting accssory and AVM pads all as specified comprising with the following. (Make : Engine : Cummins,Kirloskar and Ashok Layland, Alternator : Stamford./ Kirloskar A. Engine (a) Vertical multicylinder, cold starting in accordance with BS-5514/IS-10002 at 1500 RPM including the following accessories :- (i) Fuel tank of capacity 200 Ltr with fuel indicator. (ii) Fuel filter(Ore & Micro). (iii) Fuel feed pump(Inline monoblock/PT type) with governor. (iv) Lub oil filter. (v) Lub oil cooler. (vi) Dry type/ol bah type air cleaner.

(vii) Exhaust Silencer(Industrial type). (viii) Radiator, Radiator fan & mounting. (ix) Fly wheel with starting ring. (x) Expansion bellow. (xi) Exhaust gas turbocharger. (xii) 12 Volt electric starter with 01 Nos maintenance free battery of suitable capacity. (xiii) Battery charging alternator (xiv) Engine control panel consisting with ON/OFF Start Key,Lub oil pressure guage, Battery charging ammeter,Coolant temp gauge, RPM Meter etc. (xv) Suitable flexible coupling (xvi) Front & Rear engine mounting supports (AVM pads) B. ALTERNATOR (i) Alternator, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hzs 0.8 PF 1500 RPM self excited, self regulated screen profected, drip proof alternator of capacity 62.5 KVA conforming to BSS 5000 (part 99) with insulation class "H", single bearing and automatic voltage regulator accessories C. ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE (i) Specially design to meet stringent MOEF/CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1 mtr at 75% load under free field conditions. (ii) Air inlet louvers specially designed to operate at rated load even at 50 deg C air inlet temp.

(iii) Powder coated for long lasting service life and superior finish. (iv) Insulation material meets exacting IS 8183. D. ACCESSORIES (i) Suitable channel frame (ii) Storage battery of suitable capacity as per manufactures instruction mounted on angle iron froame of suitable size as directed. E. CONTROL PANEL (a) The control panel shall be made of CRCA sheet duly fabricated and powder coated and complete with internal wiring, bus bar etc and fitted with the following accessories :- (i) MCCB of suitable capacity as per OEM – 01 No (ii) Digital Ammeter – 01 No (iii) Digital Voltmeter 3 Ph 415 volts – 01 No (iv) Indicating lamps (LED type) (R-Y-B) – 01 set F. AMF PANEL (a) The control panel shall be made of CRCA sheet duly fabricated and powder coated and complete with internal wiring, bus bar etc and fitted with the following accessories :- (i) MCCB of suitable capacity as per OEM (ii) Contractor -02 Nos

(ii) Digital Ammeter with suitable CT of size as per OEM (iii) Digital Voltmeter 3 Ph 415 volts as per OEM (iv) Indicating lamps (LED type) (R-Y-B) – 01 sets (v) Relay, timmer and other acessories as per manufactor. NOTE :- (i) Antivibraton mounting pads to be incorported during installation. (ii) PCC Foundation and platform as per manufacters design/recommendation to be followed during installation of DG Set will be measured and paid under relevant item of this BoQ. (iii) Silencer pipe of engine is to be extended out of the building with suitable dia of GI medium grade pipe duly heat insulated with suitable asbestos rope duly claded with plaster of paris rate of which deemed included in the unit rate of Gen set. (iv) Lubricating oil shall be provided by the conractor cost of which deemed to be included in the unit rate of DG Set. (v) Four Nos free serviceing with complete material such as Lubricating oil, coolent, Lub oil filter, diesel filters, Air filter and fan belts etc as per manufacturer recommendation will be deemed included in the unit rate of DG set.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to machinery/ equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering funnel wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified. NOTE: (i) The unit rate includes earth wire and protection pipe up to (maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate) earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed at least 0.5 metre away from each earth chamber.

M & L in repair for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of 25 x 4 mm galvanized iron strip, buried in ground or fixed to wall in repair complete.

Supply, laying & testing XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, sleeving through pipes or fixed on poles & walls or laid under floors including jointing with suitable size aluminium lugs complete of size 150 Sqmm nominal cross section x 3.5 core complete all as specifed and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and exceeding 1.5 metre but not excedding 3.0 metre in depth for route of cable and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming, in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc.1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L dry sand cushioning to underground cables with 8cm thick before laying of cables and 15cm thick after laying and stretching of cable and gentally hand ramming and consolidation of thickness of sand 18 cm all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M & L for old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid in trenches as cable covers / protection complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations filling and mass complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of size 90 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.
