No extra claim of contractor will be entertaind in this regard. (ii) The contractor shall have to take out the motor pump assy within 10 hrs from intimation to contractor by JE. Further, the motor shall be installed within 72 hrs from time of intimation. A penalty of Rs 250/- per hr shall be levied on account of delay on any of above condition mentioned. Attending complaint of lekage of pumping line of any size/ any type including removing soil from leaked pipe line for repair with the help of JCB/manually or any other equipment from existing place including change the damage piece of pipe/ fitting with existing size pipe refitted, making jointing, connecting and testing complete including replacement of worn out nut bolts or any required to repair leakage and make the pumping line in serviceable condition complete all as specified and directed. Note: The spare parts/ fititngs shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch. Excavation upto 10 meter length upto 2.5 mtr depth is include in quoted rate. No extra claim of contractor will be entertained in this regard.

Inspection, maintenance and servicing of DG sets of 400 KVA, MH (Make : M&M) capacities including alternator, electric panel board connection to DG Set for routine check ('A' check) of DG set for smooth functioning and carriying out maintenance complete all as specified and directed :- Task to be done (i) Checking engine oil level and topping up as and when required Note: Oil for top up shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (ii) Checking and adjusting the belt for tension and replacemnt of belt NOTE: Belt shall be measured and paid separately (iii) Checking of oil bath air cleaner level (iv) Checking of exhaust system for leakage (v) Draining of sediment from fuel filter and fuel tank (vi) Cleaning of air cleaner element. Note : Replacement of Air Cleaner shall be measured and paid separately. (vii) Checking engine alternator coupling, mounting bolts and alignment. (viii) Tighting all nut, bolts, in alternator terminal block. (ix) Checking of alternator carbon brush and connections in alternator (x) Checking and tighting of all connection in DC control wiring. (xi) Checking of all radiator rubber hose and replacement if required.

NOTE : Hose pipes shall be measured and paid separately (xii) Checking and recording oil pressure, water and oil temperature (xiii) Checking anti vibration mounting and replacement if required. NOTE: Anti vibration pad shall be measured and paid separately. (xiv) Checking throttle linkage (xv) Checking battery for cell test, electrolyte level, gravity and topping up to required level (xvi) Routine check / repair work of panel, switch, MCCB, main switch, all contactor, engine control unit and functioning of AMF system (xvii) complete cleaning of DG set. (xviii) The contractor shall maintain record/ register for the works/ checks/ tasks carried out and shall submit to the Department before claiming of RAR.

Notes : (i) If contractor fail to attend the complaint of DG set within 3 hours, recovery @ Rs. 300/- per hours shall be imposed upon the contractor. (ii) The spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in soil not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal level, covered on all sides with alternative layers of charcol dust and common salt 15 cm thick , connected to galvanised earth lead Galvanised Iron strip 32 x 6 cm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of Galvanised Iron upto test point and further aluminium strip 25x3.15mm from test point to equipment incl protected by galvanized steel pipe light grade 40 mm bore from top of the earth plate electrode upto test point and watering pipe 20mm bore, GI light grade with funnel and wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-1 and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion, including PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 and reinforced PCC cover 50mm thick with frame including necessary excavation and earth work in soil reqd complete all as specified. Note : 1. If result is not satisfactory then contractor will do 2nd earthing on his own cost

M& L in repair of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thickness buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers incl surrounded on all sides by 15cm thick layer of charcoal dust, salt, incl earth wire protected by 15mm dia GI light grade pipe, PCC pit of 1:2:4 & reinforced PCC top cover 50mm thick, earth pit angle frame of size 25mmx25mmx3mm with excavation and earth work in any type of soil, light grade GI watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel and wire-mesh complete all to as shown in electrical plate no 5 of MES sch 2009 (Part I) connected main switch board or as reqd at site all as specified and testing on completion. (Note: The rate quoted include the cost of GI protection pipe light 15mm dia bore light grade upto 7.5 metres. The length executed beyond this length shall be measured and paid under relevant items. If the results ar not found satisfactory, then 2nd earthing will be re-done without any cost payable to him. The quoted rate includes the painting of pit and necessary marking of pit for which DG set it has been done.)

Inspection, maintenance and servicing of DG set 160 KVA Make: Greaves Cotton by authorized service senter (M/s Imperial Generator & Electricals) completely of Engine, Alternator, fuel pump, Electric panel board, complete DG Set for routine check ('B' check complete as per Greaves manual) of DG set for smooth functioning and carrying out maintenance complete by replacing following parts as directed Note: In case contractor does not gets service done from service center as directed by deptt. Then, penalty of Rs 10000.00 per service per DG set will be levied on Contractor. No claim will be entertained on this account.
