Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces area exc 400 Sqm depth exceeding 50mm but not exc 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Single layer of 7.5 cm thick of granite(compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate (granite, trap or basalt) of gradient 2 (size 63mm to 45mm) spread voids filled with screenings and blinded with coarse sand, spread, rolled to gradient and camber required and to achieve required compaction with power roller 8 to 12 ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 but except aggregate (old serviceable material obtained from Srl item 2 shall be reused) complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to pot holes, any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dirt and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces of black top, cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth & making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply or road metal) and inspected/approved before laying the premix carpet complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a priming coat of paving bitumen at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm on unsurfaced surfaces i.e.pot holes and WBM surface complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing surface of black top by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirty etc complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat of paving bitumen at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm on black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with binder content 4% by weight of total mix, rolled with 8 to 12 ton power road roller and compacted to required camber, gradient complete all as specified and directed.

40 mm thick consolidated thickness bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled with 8 to 12 ton power road roller and compacted to required camber, gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

2.5 mm thick road marking strips (reflective) of specified shade colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, gum beds dispenser propane tank healers and profile shoe heater driven by skilled operator on road surfaces including cost of materials labour T & P ceiling the road surface of all dirt, sclaes, oil grease and foreign materials etc complete as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge and strictly in accordance to applicator specifications.

Removing spoil (material obtained after scarifying) to a distance exc 100m but n.exc 1000m including necessary loading and unloading complete all as specified and directed.

Cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall(100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. , fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 , fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) , internal dia 300 mm set in cement mortar(excluding cement concrete bed etc which will be measured separately complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced concrete pipes,bore of pipe in 300 mm class NP 2 with one collar per length of pipe complete all as specififed and directed.

Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2(Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for 300mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demoliation of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded agg as in surface channel or drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for foriming fair finished drain as channel of cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitred/stopped end etc.

Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate), 100 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape & size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment,etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Stone masonry randum rubble, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted in CM 1:6 in retaining walls abutments brought upto coarses complete all as specified including necessary provn of weep holes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 26 here-in-before but except stone.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

PCC (1:3:6) type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bands, plinth coarses, parapets etc like incl weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered throating complete all parapets as specified and directed.

Raised pointing in CM (1:4) to random rubble square/ polygonal rubbles uncoursed or brought upto courses stone masonary complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed
