Potholes/Renovation work of the service road

Fabrication and fixing of Mile stone including cost of all materilas, labour, T&P etc. in direscted by engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectrising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectrosing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of all taxex, royalty etc. all T&P/machine material and labour required for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing of sign board including cost of all materials, labour, t&p etc.

Survery with Drone Camera of Canal for Three time (before, during, after work) and supply of vide, Photo in pendrive photo in hard copy of each km. With directiin of Engineer in-Charge.
