Dismantling/ taking down existing hessain base felt or clay tiles or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof/ chajja including cement plaster, cleaning the surface and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 1.50 km but not exc 5 km to outside the MD land and laying water proofing membrane treatment using 4mm thick APP modified membrane consisting five layer membranes, weighing not less than 4.00kg/sqm laid over a coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.40 kg/sqm by torching the membrane and sealing the overlap by 100mm length side and 150mm width side all as per manufacturer's instructions including joints and changes in direction be curved with 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 2.00ml/bag of cement, curved well before laying of membrane, including applying two coats of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 litre/sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Irrespective of lap, the net covered area will only be measured for payment. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of bituminous primer, APP membrane, solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint and SBR latex.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B2, 75mm thick using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel tubing and connections of 15 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel tubing and connections of 20 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes of 20 mm outer dia, SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes of 25 mm outer dia, SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule of 15mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity exc 250 ltr & n exc 500 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of 25 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed. (minimum weight 25 mm - 455 gm)

M & L for providing 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete vertical surfaces as back coat for tiling in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface, 350 x 250 x 7 mm/ 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing non - skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing granite (of any type) tiles, 20mm thick, table rubbed and polished, in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs stainless steel sink, 1.00mm thick for kitchen, with plug, waste pipe, washers, including cantilever cast iron brackets, connecting union etc., overall size 495mm x 420mm with bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf walls, or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to waste pipe; complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masony with solid blocks of precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), exc 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces, priming the surface with alkali resistant priming paint, applying 1mm thick wall care putty and distempering with two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm (10+5) thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers i.e first layer 10 mm thick and 5 mm thick outer layer mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction and finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cost of WPC.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of whitewash complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 sqm each, with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4.0 sqm each, with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F second class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down storage type water heater (Geyser) of 25/50 litre capacity after disconnecting inlet/outlet/vent pipes, electric/earth connections, stop cocks, non-return valves etc, arresting any leakage of inner copper/steel tank by weilding/ brazing etc, reassembling the geyser by replacing gaskets, wornout nuts, washers etc, including refixing the geyser in position, tightening/ replacing the nuts, bolts, washer, connector etc reconnecting all inlet/ outlet/ vent pipes, electric/ earth connections and carrying out testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing submain wiring with two runs of 6 sqmm single core multistranded PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed cable 1100 Volts with copper conductor and one run of 6 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed cable 1100 Volts with copper conductor as continuous earth wire drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit of suitable dia concealed in wall/ceiling with all accessories such as tees, elbows, junction boxes, reducers etc as required, connecting to existing main switch board/ distribution board and testing on completion and making good disturbed surfaces and painting to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed. M & L for providing submain wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm single core multistranded PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed cable 1100 Volts with copper conductor and one run of 4 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed cable 1100 Volts with copper conductor as continuous earth wire drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit of suitable dia concealed in wall/ceiling with all accessories such as tees, elbows, junction boxes, reducers etc as required, connecting to existing main switch board/ distribution board and testing on completion and making good disturbed surfaces and painting to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two runs of 4 Sqmm cable, one run of 4 Sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as unit run.

S & F in repairs earth plug and socket with sheet metal enclosure, single pole and neutral with two pin earth plug and socket including one single pole MCB 20 Amps 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing earthing complete with steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level, with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI earth wire 4mm dia by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc including 20mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip, connecting the earth lead to earth connection in the main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts, bolts etc as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 including neccessary earth work in any strata, PCC earth chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C2, 100mm thick precast RCC cover and earth test point and testing, including taking down old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- After completion of work, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained on testing, the earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost till desired earth resistance is obtained.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor of 4 core 25 Sqmm, shielded core type wrapped with tape screwed galvanized strip, suitable for earthed system for 1100V, AC 50 cycle including centre glands, lugs, jointing materials etc, laid in trenches/ fixed on walls, including taking out old unserviceable cables complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earthwork and cable protection shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying fine dry river sand to entire width of trench as cable cushion in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover for cable protection, class LV, type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.
