Trenchless cutting - Horizontal Directional Drilling - Excavating of driving pit and receiving pit of size 3.00m (length)x3.50m (breadth), upto 5m depth n all soil strata including shoring and strutting using 6mm tk MS Plate of size 3.50mx3.50m usable for 20 operations and providing 16mm thickness MS Plate of size 3.00mx3.50m with 100mmx100mmx12mm angles of 4m length for holding the MS Plates for Thrust arrangements to receive the impacts during pushing operation of encasing pipe. Lowering the following size of HDPE encasing pipe by using Contractor's crane and machineries and jointing HDPE Pipes by Butt welding across the canal crossing, etc. and driving the horizontal bore by pushing/ jacking method (trenchless technology method) using contractor's machineries such as cranes, jacks, jacking materials, generator, welding machineries, compressor, jack hammer and other equipments, etc., without interfering and causing any hindrance to the movement of traffic or any other vehicles, without any disturbances to the railway/road/canal formation etc. including bailing/pumping of water wherever necessary without affecting any installation like water supply pipeline/telephone cable, electric cables, etc. passing nearby area and scooping the earth inside the pipes and pit ad depositing the surplus earth in aconvenient place and leveling the site after completion of entire work as directed the Engrs at site. The rate includes the cost of driving pit, thrust bed/wall and receiving pit to the depth of 0m to 5m. The rate also includes supply, delivery and laying of 250mm dia OD HDPE pipes of Pn10, pe100 and Butt welding at every 6m in all 3 phase of R, Y, B (Each 25m canal crossing at a depth of 3 metersfrom the ground level using proper ratio of bentonite mixing and drilling fluids.

Supplying and laying of HDPE pipe of 315 mm dia wall thickness 10mm with spigot and socket end by trench less method 2.5m to 3m below the ground level without affecting any highway installations and other service lines. The rate includes the provision of drive pit, entry pit, exit pit as required and removing the soil from the pipe, cost of jointing the pipe with fusion method tying and providing 7/20 SWG GI wire inside the pipe and closing the ends by end cover etc. complete or by any other suitable method as the site condition may warrant as approved by the Engineer at site.All the tools and plants ie machinery , labour , and materials are to be provided by the contractor( tenderer )
