CLEANING AND MAINT OF SEWAGE LINE MANHOLE AND REPAIR OF DRAIN AND OTHER CONNECTED UNDER AGE BR I AF STN BAMRAULI AT GE AF BAMRAULI

Dewatering of septic tank and soakage well and manholes of any depth in any position by pumping out and removing outside Militery/Defence land by meachanical means (trolly mounted) and burying in pits all as directed including digging of pits in any type of soil nand covering pits with eart after absorption of water and including providing and spreding required quantity of bleaching powder around the pit and dispose of waste material as per state material as per state protocol and washing the top of septic tank and soakge wells and surround with fresh water and sprinkling lime to make hygenic, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

De-Sludging of septic tank of any capacity including connected intercepting chamber manhole shaft, sludge chamber & filter beds of any description and in any in any position by pumping out and removing outside Militery/Defence land by meachanical means (trolly mounted) and burying in pits all as directed including digging of pits in any type of soil and covering pits with earth after filling of sludge and including providing and spreading required quantity of bleaching powder around the pit and dispose of waste material as per state material as per state protocol and washing the top of septic tank and soakge wells and surround with fresh water and sprinkling lime to make hygenic , including taking down of slabe cover and placing the same in existing position, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing of a sweeper for 08 working hours for the work of cleaning of SGSW/CI pipe line up to the dia of 300 mm fixed to wall/floor any position and cleaning of blockage from water closet(Indian or Eurpean), trap, Floor/Nanhi trap of kitechen/Bathroom by by rodding, pumping, etc and the work all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) The rates quoted in the above item includes cost of T&P likd rods, bamboos and other safety devices etc complete. (ii) Contractor shall deployed sufficient number of persons as per requirement /as decided by Engineeer-in-Charge who shall be present on all working days from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs for maintenance of sewage lines. The persons will be detailed by JE / AGE concerned every morning for attending complaints on daily basis. (iii) Complaint shall be rectified within 06 hours in receipt of complaint. A sum of Rs. 250/- per complaint per day will be recovered from payment of contractor if the complaint is not cleared with 24 hours.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.50m deep and getting out, complete all as specified and directed

Excavation over areas in hard/dense soil n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas in hard/dense soil exc 1.5 m but n exc 3.00 m deep and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipe grade 'A' , laid in trenches and jointed in CM, internal dia of pipe 150 mm incl providing concrete bed to drain pipes 150 mm dia (SGSW) in cement concrete (1:3:6) Type D-2 including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed.
