Dismantling and removing the existing cutstone masonry wall including numbering the cut stone members such as Pavukal, Uthiram, Pillar, Pothiyal etc.,and stacking the same at the place as directed by the officers in charge within the temple campus without hinderence for execution of work including all labour charges and hire charges for tools and plants involved to do the work etc complete, as per department instructions.

Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub soils and todepth as may be directed except in hard rock, requiring blasting, including infinal leads and lifts and re-filling the sides of foundation, with excavated earth in 150mm layers well watered rammed and consolidated, including depositing surplus earth clearing and levelling the site, shoring shuttering baling out water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (one cement five sand ten aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly for foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials labour for mixing,l aying, compacting, curing, dewatering, side shuttering, wherever necessary including curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Providing and laying position,Standardised concrete mi M-20 Grade in accordance with IS :456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard brocken granite stone jelly for all Rcc items of works with minimum cement content of 3250 kg/cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55,inculding admiture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retart setting of concrete, improve workablity without imparing strengh and durability with about (5 cum)7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m)5156 kg of 10-12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about(4.79 cu.m)7670 kg of Sand ,but eculding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also inculding laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrtors,finishing,curing,etc,complete complying with standred specification and ass directed by the departmentel officers.the coarse and fine aggregates to be used shoul comply with the requirments of IS standreds.(No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials.)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Random Rubble Masonry in Cement mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of sand) using new rough stone and bond stone for foundation and basement including simultaneous flush pointing, curing etc complete complying with standard specifications.The lime used and suitable for structural and masonry works .

Supply of New Cut stone for Pavukal, Uthiram, etc including cost and conveyance of Cut stone, labour charges for loading , unloading and all other incidental charges etc complete 5 feet length

Dressing the new pavukal, Uthiram Floor slab etc as directed and fixing the same in position with Combination mortar including all labour charges for dressing and fixing in posision as directed etc complete.

Brick work using Country Bricks of size 8-3/4" x 4-1/4" X2-3/4"" in cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and five crushed stone sand) including curing neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement two sand four aggregate) using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly for foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials labour for mixing,l aying, compacting, curing, dewatering, side shuttering, wherever necessary including curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Centering for soffits of Rcc slabs of plain surface like lintels, beams, etc., including strutting 3M high using MS sheets of size 90cmx60cm and PG 10 stiffened with MS angles of size 25x25x3mm laid over silver oak (C.W) joists of size 10x6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supports 75cm c/c complying with standard specification and directed 10sqm.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying of Interlocking Paver Block Stone 83mm thk. Over a base layer of crushed stone sandfilling 10 cm incl. Cost of materials laying and Labour charges etc.,

Supplying and fixing mild steel grill Gate including cost conveyance of all materials and fixing in position including priming coat etc complete with standard specifications.

Painting new iron works such as gate, steel doors windows ventilators with two coats of approved quality and color of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floor etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Providing chain link fencing using 50mm x 50mm size opening and 10 GGI.Chain link placed in vertical position as directed and tied in the RCC fencing posts suitably above ground level continously with out break as directed with necessary bolts and nut as required etc., etc., complete. the rate is inclusive of cost of chain link and should be of good quality.

Providing Cut stone flooring using New Cut stone slabs of 75mm to 100mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and Labour charges for laying, fixing in position and pointing with cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement, three parts of sand)and as directed by the officer in charge etc., complete complying with standard specifications etc complete.

Pointing the joints with cement morter 1:3 20mm deep using including cost of special tools such brush and watering, curing etc complete, as per standard specifications
