PROTECTION WORK 15.2 Boulder apron laid in wire crates (Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates made with 4mm dia Gl wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100x100 mesh (woven diagonally) including 10% extra for laps and joints laid with stone Boulders wate not less than 40 Kg

15.4 Providing and laying pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical Specification. A.Stone/Boulder

15.5 Providing and laying filter material underneath pitching in slopes as per drawing and Technical Specification.

3.18 Construction of embenkment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lift and leads transporting to site, spreading grading to required slope and compacting with a lead upto 100m as per technical specification including cost of testing of materials at site laboratory as directed by the deptt.

4.2 Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders :(Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m, transporting to site, spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirment of Tables 300-2(including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (i)Private land.

40.4 Water Bound Macadam :(Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes stages to propergrade and camber, applying and brooming, stone creening/binding materials to |fill up the interstices of coarse aggregade , watering and compacting to the required density. (With an initial lead of 5.Okm) By Manual Means.(c)Using Screening type A.11.2mm Agg (1)WBM Grading II (65mm to 45mm with screening Type B)

5.1 Priming Coat :(Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means(including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.(i)With bitumen emulsion-CSS-1h

5.2 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion disatributor @0.20kg/sqm. on prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical brooms(including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt. 5.10 Open - Graded Premix Surfacing (Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix surfacing of 20mm thickness compacted of 13.2 mm - 5.6 mm aggregades either using penetration grade bitumen to required line,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared basd, including mixing in a suitable plant,laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 T static roller capacity,finished to required level and grades(including carriage of mixed materials upto 10.00km initial lead from mixing plant) (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)A. Without any anti atriping agent. (1)Mechanicla method using Penetration grade Bitumen (60/70 or VG-30 grade)and HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/hour to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per technical specification.Case-I By Manual means (1)S-90 Bitumen.

5.12 Seal Coat (Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specific levels,grade and cross fall using Type A or Type B seal coat.(including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt)(a). Without any anti atriping agent.Case-I:Type A(Providing and laying liquid seal coat comprising of a layer of bituminous binder(paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 grade, followed by a cover of crushed stone chipping of specified grade.

ROAD FURNITURE WORK 17.11 Supplying fitting and fixing RCC guard post size 15cm dia 150cm long 75cm above ground and 75cm below the ground with 4-12mm dia tor steel

8.23 Providing and erecting W Metal Beam Cruch barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal etc.
