SITC of Chilled water Airconditioning System (Low Side) comprising Double Skin Air Handling Units (AHUs), piping and duct connections, valves, etc. in place of existing system of Library and West Lecture Hall at TIFR,Mumbai

SITC of Caryair/Systemair/Air-o-Mec Engineers make Double Skin Standard type Horizontal floor mounting Air Handling Unit constructed from 22G plain GI sheet as inner skin & outer skin shall be 22 G GI Powder coated sheet with 40 mm thick injected PFU with 45 kg/cubm. density insulation in-between and the frame work shall be constructed of extruded Aluminum hollow section with thermal break and filled with reformed insulation section. Unit shall complete with a) Fan section with forward curved fan made of ‘KRUGER’, suitable capacity energy efficient Motor, taper lock pulley & flat belt b) Coil section with CU coil of 5/8" size 22 G thickness & AL Fins of 32G Thickness c) Filter section with flat type air filters with 3 ply pleaded HDPE washable filters with AL casing of 50mm thick d) Suitable depth PVC moisture eliminator kept in between coil and motor to arrest condensate spray. Motor shall have terminal box at the top for the ease of electrical connections. All AHU nut, bolt and washer should make of anti-corrosive material. The AHU shall be suitable for the following duty as per tender’s technical specifications enclosed

Capacity :- 27200CMH (16000CFM), 50mm static, 32 sqft area, 6 rows deep cooling coil for Stack & Library area

Capacity :- 10200CMH (6000CFM), 50mm static, 12 sqft area,6 rows deep cooling coil for West Lecture Hall area

Modification of existing chilled water piping connections of cooling coil of Stack & Library AHU with SITC of 80mm size , Tata/Jindal/Zenith make G.I.. `C` class , e.r.w., and reusing the existing ‘Siemens’ make 3-way valve & valves. The Installation of new pipe shall be complete with 50mm thick, High density (24 Kg/CubM), TF quality thermocole insulation wrapped with Polythene vapour barrier, chicken wire mesh, and finished with two layer of 12mm thick each sand & cement plaster, painted with two coats of grass green enamel paint with supply & return indicator painted with white paint. All the nuts, bolts & washer, used for piping & valve connection and piping & AHU connection shall be made of anti-corrosive material. All the piping support should be hot dipped galvanized.

Modification of existing chilled water piping connections of cooling coil of West Lecture Hall AHU with SITC of 50mm size , Tata/Jindal/Zenith make G.I.. `C` class , e.r.w., and reusing the existing ‘Siemens’ make 3-way valve & valves covered with 44 mm thick rubber insulation covered by 120 gm/sq.m polythene sheet as vapor barrier with 50mm overlap & final pipe surface shall be finished with cladding of 0.63mm thick(24G) AL sheet

Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GSS ducting of 20 gauge as per IS655 connecting Stack & Library AHU with main duct with all the accessories like turning vanes, elbows, flange, Hot dipped Galvanized Structural steel supports, gaskets, non-corrosive nuts and bolts & hardware etc. ,(Existing duct heater to be reinstalled with new supporting structure & accessories) complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the department as per technical specifications in totality. Nothing extra shall be payable on any account.

SITC of 50mm NB chilled water piping header M.S. `C` class , e.r.w., covered with 44 mm thick rubber insulation covered by 120 gm/sq.m polythene sheet as vapor barrier with 50mm overlap & final pipe surface shall be finished with cladding of 0.63mm thick(24G) AL sheet

Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 20G GSS ducting as per IS655 with all the accessories like turning vanes, elbows, flange, Hot dipped Galvanized Structural steel supports, gaskets, non-corrosive nuts and bolts & hardware etc. complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the department as per technical specifications in totality. Nothing extra shall be payable on any account.

Supply & installation of thermal insulation for supply air ducting of 19mm thick Nitrile based rubber having Class ‘O’ (Armacell make)rating of following sizes, backed with factory laminated Aluminum foil including sealant between duct and insulation & Aluminum tape between joints, complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the department as per technical specifications in totality. Nothing extra shall be payable on any account.

Supply & Fixing of 20 mm Thick Aramsound (Armacell make) Acoustic Insulation with the help of adhesive, nut & bolt inside the supply air plenum/duct of west lecture hall AHU

S&I of Heavy duty Damper made out of 16G GI sheet with all the moving parts supported on Brass bush made of GI sheet (Flappers) & hot dipped galvanized structural steel (levers) on the outlets of the AHUs

SITC of Fire Retard Canvass connection between ducting & AHU mouth

S&I of H Guru/Fiebig make 4” dial type pressure gauge of range 0-7 kg/sq.cm with all the accessories

S&I of H Guru/Fiebig make 4” dial type Temperature gauge of suitable range for chilled water application with all the accessories

Supply, fixing, testing & commissioning ‘Leader’ make 15mm Air Release Valve including S.S ball valve, barrel nipple etc to connect to the GI chilled water pipe line complete as required.

Supply, fixing, testing & commissioning ‘Leader’ make 15mm drain Valve including S.S ball valve, barrel nipple etc to connect to the GI chilled water pipe line complete as required.

Supply, fixing, testing & commissioning ‘Audco’ make 50mm PN16 rating butterfly valve with all the accessories i.e. cutting, welding, distance piece, insulation, etc. complete as required
