1. Due to unhygienic condition at site, If any challan is levied by the civic agency or any Govt. Deptt. the same will be borne by the agency. The agency will be responsible for all legal actions and nothing shall be paid extra to the agency in this regard.
2.The contractor shall ensure cleaning/sweeping on working day . In case of non-deployment or non-performance, a penalty of ₹2170/- per safai karamchari per day shall be imposed on the agency for the concerned day.
