Excavation for trench of roadway in soil using manual means including loading in truck for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.as per clause 301(3.1)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m , transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.2

Construction of earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m , transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.2

Construction of earthen soulder,s deposited from trench excavation (Compaction only)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing,laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix mcacdam specified including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Provding laying spreading and Compacting graded stone aggregae to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC and 1% OPC cement and 3.5% emulsionin (SS2) in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying with in uniform single layer with paver in sub base/subgrade on well prepared surface and compacting with the road roller to achive the desire density.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam (Grade-II)with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder (VG 30)@ 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per morth specification clause 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete (Grade-II) with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG 30)@ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects.

Earth work in Excavation in trenches for foundations pipes cable etc in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m. lead upto 50m and dressing of sides and rammings of bottom and disposal of surplus exdavated earth as directed by the Engineer I/C within a lead of 30 m

Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1:4:8(1 cement :4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors as per SI no.275

Class- 150 brick work in 1:3 cement and coarsesand of 2.8 fineness modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour and ltools and p;ants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply & laying of 900mm dia NP3 hume pipe including fixing of collar with 1:2 cement mortar.

Supply & laying of 1000mm dia NP3 hume pipe including fixing of collar with 1:2 cement mortar.

Struck cement pointing in 1:2 cement & fine sand motar including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc, required for proper completion of the work.

R.C.C. work cement approved coarse sand, and 2 Cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows, excluding supply of reinforeement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including neaessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost for:

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as in reinforced concrete / brick work (when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary I/C bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel, it's wastage and hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured.

R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand and 20 mm gauge stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 for slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shutterring etc. and also including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Binding wire cost being included in the item as per SI No. 283(b)

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including retroreflactive glass beads@ 250 gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exlusive of suface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 the finished surface to be level uniform and free form streak and holes
