Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for cable protection 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bricks common burnt old size sub class `B' bricks laid dry for cable protection flat width wise complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above the starting point.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in each layers.

Stay assembly using stay rod of 16mm dia complete with accessories shown in electrical plate No. 1 of SSR 2009 Part -I including galvanised steel standard wire of size 7/4mm,loop type insulator size 55x90mm cmplete all as specified. Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separetely.

PCC M-10 nominal mix 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregrates as in foundation of stays as mass concreate complete all as specified .

M&L for replacement of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural sections including nuts, bolts, and washer bending hot or cold, drilling holes for bolts of any size and painting with two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr in-Charge.

M&L for cutting/ grooving on plinth/wall/verandah in any condition for laying of cable through pipe and making good the disturbed surface by using cement concrete 1:2:4 type C-2 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for dismantling and taking down old ACSR conductor from steel poles and removing from site complete all as spd and directed.

Material and labour for ACSR conductor weasel/ferret or as required on site any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on existing poles including binding with insulators. Weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and calculating weight of conductor of size and length by adding 3% extra for sag ,jointing jumpers,etc complete all as spd.

M&L Galvanized steel wire 4mm dia for earth wire on LT poles stretched without kinks, bends and bending with wire and fabrication of cradles hexagonal/rectangular guards etc. complete as specified incl taking down old wire of any type, shape and size.

Straining only existing loose conductors / GI wire of any size complete all as and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Distance between two poles shall be measured as a single span.

Material and labour for dismantling and taking down old insulators any type complete all as spd and directed.

M & L in replacement for shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut for 75 mm height, 90 mm dia, 1100 volts grade complete all as spd.

M&L for preparation of surfaces,scraping of old paint of steel tubular pole and cross arms, applying two coat of synthetic aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on LT pole including making yellow & black strips by paint all as directed by Engr -in-Charge on poles upto 1.5 mtr height above copping level & numbering with writing letters of figures (block), height n'exc 10 cm and letter of figures n'exc 10 Nos with black letter under yellow circle for electric pole complete all as directed including preparation of surfaces of pole/ cross arms complete all as directed.

Taking out old/bent/straight/ tilted LT any capacity any size poles after breaking the PCC for reuse or taking out to store complete all as directed.(The rate quoted shall include the cost of excavation,dismantling of conductor, cross-arms and insulators)

Fixing only Steel tubular swagged poles complete with GI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws specified type 410 SP-31(9 mtrs long) duly painted with aluminium paint two coat over a coat of red oxide, including necessary earth work ,PCC for foundation and PCC for coping as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.(Note: Straight steel pole retrieved from above sr item 18)

S&F Steel tubular swagged poles complete with GI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws specified type 410 SP-31(9 mtrs long) duly painted with aluminium paint two coat over a coat of red oxide, including necessary earth work ,PCC for foundation and PCC for coping as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Trimming of Tree branches upto 20 cm grith from the tree near LT overhead line to provide horizontal clearance of 30 cm vertical clearance of 60 cm all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:-T & P for cutting branches an wasteage removal of branches deemed to be inlcuded in the qouted rate.

Supply, laying or fixing only jointing ,testing and commissioning, passing through pipe, in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and over all PVC sheathed of follwing size:-

Supplying and fixing in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 16 sqmm 2 core all as directed and specified by Engr-in- charge.

M&L for 40 mm GI tubing light grade galvanized with all fittings for protection to U/G cable along poles, walls, flows, road crossing including necessary cutting of road and making good in original surface where required.

M&L for 80 mm GI tubing light grade galvanized with all fittings for protection to U/G cable along poles, walls, flows, road crossing including necessary cutting of road and making good in original surface where required.

S&F in repair MCB TPN with capacity 63 Amps ,415 Volts 50 HZ including making necessary connection , taking down old unserviceable MCB/ main switch of any capacity and make from position complete all as specified and as directed Cat ref no. 98040 of make Anchor or equivalent in HAVELLS/ STANDARD/LEGRAND/ABB
