Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters not exc. 1.5 sq. m Each (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters exceeding 1.5 Sq.m and not exc. 4 Sq. m Each (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and as directed.

Pressed steel frames of size 105 x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete as specified, supplied & fixed

Pressed steel frames of size 125 x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete as specified, supplied & fixed

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6, type C0, using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregates as in bed blocks, filling concrete for chowkats steel frames etc complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F 30 mm thick Flush shutters , solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/ frame to match fixed to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 2 nd class hard wood 35 mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze, etc, (without sash bar) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, section 8, clause 8.24 (a) fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed. Note :- wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately in respective item.

S & F PVC solid factory made door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat molded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width struck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement complete all as shown in SSR Part – II 2004 and as directed

S & F 100 mm size butt hinges medium weight, cold rolled mild steel complete all as specified and directed.
