Repair to damaged angle iron racks in the divisional store. The job involves the shifting of pump set, starter, hand pump cylinders etc. from the old damaged racks by way of dismantling of damaged racks and then providing and welding of MS angle 65 x65 x 6 mm 35 mtrs approx. and M S flat 50 mm 40 mtrs. approx. welding with superior quality welding electrodes. Restacking of material into the racks. The job includes cost of material, labour, hire charges of welding set, tools and tackles reqd. for the job As per SBD

Repair to shutter of machinery shed by way of making platform with the help of steel and wooden shuttering Dismantling of shutter by way extraction of main springs and worn-out leafs of shutter, repair to shutter by way of welding to cracked portions, providing and fitting of new springs and tightening with the help of nuts and bolts & other required fixtures and also providing and fitting of ten no. New leafs with jointing with old ones. Refitting of shutter in the slots and checking the to and fro movement. Painting of shutter by way providing one coat of primer and two coats of anti corrosive paint. The job includes cost of material, labour, hire charges of welding set, tools and tackles reqd. for the job As per SBD
