Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm and upto 1.5mtr in depth, 1.5mtr in width as well as 10Sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth upto 1mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kind of soil 70 % and 30% ordinary rock.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables, etc. (Not exceeding 1.5mtr in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on plan, depth up to 1.5mtr including disposal of excavated earth up to 1mtr from cutting edge disposed earth is to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kind of soil .

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) Nallah.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Nallah.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Reinforcement for R.C.C. Work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for (including 20% extra for circular work):- i) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

ii) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

iii) Edges of slabs.

Providing and fixing of manhole cover with lid.

Carriage of Sand & stone aggregate 20mm nominal size from source to road side (stacking place) site at an average distance 30.00Km by mechanical transport.

Carriage of Sand & stone aggregate 20mm nominal size from source to site of work at an average distance 12.00 Km by H/Load.

Carriage of 40mm nominal size stone aggregate from source to site of work at an average distance of 2.00 Km by Head Load.
