Quarterly tower to tower ground patrolling and tower top patrolling as per sheduled of 220 KV transmission line with the help of patrolling team consisting of skilled labours and 01 no. supervisor equipped with binoacular and other T&P and detection of defects like missing tower parts, hot Points, Punctured insulator disc, dislocation of vibration dampers, damage conductor, Earth wire, checking of foundation and position of tree in the corridor of 35 mtrs. and tree clearance of 4 to 6 mtrs of the line, lopping, chopping and cutting of tree branches and clearing of word nest, kites their string and all other related things from the tower. submission of seperate patrolling report of each lines on prescribed computerized proforma in 3 sets after each patrolling duly signed by contractor within 07 days after completion of patrolling

220KV Gorakhpur(PGCIL)-Basti LILO at 220KV Bansi (47.38Kms)

Patroling during tripping and breakdown of lines.

Emergency patrolling of line during tripping and defects as per the exact fault location and type of fault or as per direction of engineer in charge

Replacement of damaged/punctured insulators string/disc and fixing new string/disc at fault/breakdown location including carriage of material from store to work site of the above line. All the manpower and T&P shall we provide by contractor

Replacement of damaged jumpers at tension towers including carriage of material and T&P will be arranged by contractor.

Making & fixing of tower members including cartage of Steel angles from S/S store, punching holes and febrication for proper placement tightening of nut & bolts punching & fixing a different tower location of above transmission line

Back filling of earth across the tower foundation wherever required including cost of material, labour, T&P etc. and its transportation up to the site.

Repairing of foundation, cooping wherever required including cost of material, labour, T&P etc and it's transportation up to site.

Tightening/fixing of missing/displaced vibration dampers/arcing horn.

Attending breakdown due to damaged earthwire/tightening of loose earthwire span as per site requirement.

Clearing of accumulated soil around tower legs above chimney, painting of tower legs of 300 mm above chimney of each leg by black rubber seal paint of standard quality to maintain the strength of leg by is restricting the rusting of legs due to accumulation of soil and water lodging during rainy season.

Attending breakdown due to damage/broken of ACSR Zebra conductor as per site requirement.

Repairing of damage ACSR Zebra conductor by using of repair sleeves.

Tighteing of jumpers of angle towers with the help skilled fitter and suitable T&P after proper shutdown and earthing as per requirement.

Patrolling and annual Maintenance of 132 KV line

Quarterly tower to tower ground and tower top patrolling whenever required of 132 KV transmission line with the help of patrolling team consisting of skilled labour and 01 no. supervisor equipped with binocular and other T&P and detection of defects like missing tower parts hot point, punctured insulatot disc dislocation of vibration dampers damaged conductor earthwire, checking of foundation and position of tree in the corridor of 27 mtr. and tree clearance of 4.0 metre of the line lopping, chopping and cutting of tree branches and clearing of word nest, kites their string and all other related things from the tower. Submission of separate patrolling report for each line on prescribed computerised proforma in 3 Sets after each patrolling duly signed by contractor within 07 days after completion of patrolling.

132KV Basti-Bansi Line (48.20Kms), 132KVBansi-Mehdawal Line (31.20Kms), 132KV Bansi-Naugarh Line (25.73Kms), 132KV Basti-dumariaganj Line (53.80Kms) , 132KV Bansi-Dumariaganj Line (37.80Kms), 132KV Bansi-D/ganj LILO at Itwa (14.8Kms)
