Dismantling & Taking out existing hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing dust, dirt and washing the roof and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 200 m but not exceeding 3000m spread and leveled as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain corrugated steel sheeting any thickness including similar pattern roof coverings.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self-tapping screws all as specified & directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self-tapping screws all as specified & directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc; conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250)

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates framed truss etc

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non- woven fabric (wt. not less than 150gms/ sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application method with minimum side overlap 100mm and 150mm as end lap over roofs after cleaning the surfaces properly with water and allowed to dry completely including priming surfaces for applying heavy treatment complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Quoted rate should be inclusive of rate of primer/silver paint

M & L rendering 10mm thick (avg) on concrete surfaces over roof slabs, in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with liquid water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, to receive roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: - Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid waterproofing compound.

M & L providing Aluminium (powder coated) snap grid frame work in repair for false ceiling of grid size 605 mm x 605 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 12mm thick mineral fibre perforated board (white) in repair, fixed with screws to aluminium snap grid false ceiling frame work (Note:- Aluminium grid shall be measured separately under relevant item of this Schedule.)

M&L for application of bond coat using "Epoxy bonding agent" on prepared surface, when bond coat becomes tacky apply repair mortar (using universal polymerised repair mortars single pack like Pagel U40 or Microconcrete) at a thickness upto 15mm as per manufacturers instruction and as directed for application of roof treatment. Note: Application to be done by authorised applicators only.

M&L for preparation of surface of roof/projected portion of cupboards, chajja etc with wire brush and remove loose particle & laitance, wash with clean water, damaged or hollow portion, sharp edges etc. must be cut and removed till the mother slab, filling the crack upto 2mm wide with Dr. Fixit Crack X or equivalent, maintaining a suitable slope for water drainage and reinstate damaged portion with polymer modified mortar as recommended and allow it to cure for 24 hrs. Brush apply the 1st Priming coat on prepared concrete/ plastered surface and allow to dry for 04 (four) hours. Apply the first coat of waterproofing coating over the primed surface. On the wet surface of 1st coat overlay a open-woven fibre glass mesh, min 40 GSM of size 2mm x 2mm and allow it to soak completely. Immediately apply the second coat with a roller, to ensure complete coverage of the fibre mesh. (Contd.....)

Apply the third coat after 6 to 8 hrs once the second coat is dry. Drying time between coats will be 6 to 8 hours all as directed and as per manufacturers instructions. Note:- Crack filler, priming coat and water proofing coat used shall be of same Make/Manufacturer. The rate includes crack filling, minor repair required for making the surface smooth. Repair mortar for damaged portion will be paid separately.

M&L for taking down loose and damaged concrete cement plaster from soffit of ceiling floor/slab, vertical surfaces of column beams, slab etc incl exposing and removing rust from reinforcement by rubbing with wire brush and plenty of water so as to remove the loose particles, dust, laitance etc. and removal of debris to a distance n.exc 50m and deposited where directed.

M&L for preparation of surface by application of rust remover on exposed reinforcement using rust remover of approved make, apply passivator coat using zinc primer of approved make on reinforcement Bars. Apply bond coat using "Epoxy bonding agent" on entire surface, when bond coat becomes tacky apply repair mortar (using universal polymerised repair mortars single pack like Pagel U40 or Microconcrete) in layers of 15mm and subsequently built up the required thickness (45mm) in subsequent layers of 15mm and finishing the final layer even and smooth as per manufacturers instruction and as directed. Note: Application to be done by authorised applicators only.

Supply only welded steel wire fabric weight n exc 4 kg per sqm all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plastering of any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debries and depositing where directed.

M&L TMT steel bars 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape reqd and welded to existing reinforcement of any description and any position of RCC structure after binding with mld steel wire annealed n less than 0.9 mm dia s an addl bar complete all directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer.

M&L taking down cement plaster from external wall, washing the area with water and filling the crack using crack filling where ever required. Apply cement slurry mixwith polymor bonding agent and carry out plastering in 1:3 cement and sand mortar 15 mm thick on concrete solid block walls in two coats first coat of 10 mm & 2nd coat of 5mm mixed with Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW or equivalent @ 200ml per bag of cement finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Note:- The quoted rate shall be inclusive of liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coats of Raincoat. Prime the surface with a coat of PRIMESEAL diluted with potable water in the ratio 2:1 by volume prior to application of Raincoat and allow it to dry for 2 to three hours. Apply first coat of Raincoat. Apply second coat of Raincoat with an interval of 5 to 6 hours and allow it to cure for 7 days all as directed and as per manufacturers instruction. Note: Priming coat and Raincoat used shall be of same Make/ Manufacturer.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of size exc. 250 ltr but n.exc. 500 Ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc

All as per item No. 24.00 above but of size exc. 500 ltr but n.exc. 1000 Ltr capacity.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc. of capacity exc. 250 ltr but n.exc 500ltr and refixing in position.

Taking up/down old GI tubing and connection of size 15mm bore, including cleaning for refixing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up/down old GI tubing and connection of size 20mm bore, including cleaning for re-fixing, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F CPVC water tubing 15mm bore, (20mm outer dia) SDR-11 grade with all fittings and fixed complete to wall/ Ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and as directed

S&F CPVC water tubing 20mm bore, (25mm outer dia) SDR-11 grade with all fittings and fixed complete to wall/ Ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and as directed.

Treating and finishing the sunken portion of WC area n exc 1.2 Sqm each by sealing the edges of holes through which sanitary pipes are entering the sunken protion, using seal tape and grout the the gaps using a non-shrink cementitious grout (Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalant of Focroc/STP/ Krishnaconchem), providing 10mm thick rendering in cm 1:3 with and including water proofing compound. Apply first coat of WPC (cementitious product with acrylic emulsion polymer as binder using Dr. fixit Pidifin 2K of Pidilite Industries or equivalant of Focrock/Krishna Conchem) in the sunken portion and extended up to 15 on the wall above the FFL. Immediately cover all the angle fillets with a 150 mm wide strip of ope woven glass fiber mesh of 2mm x 2mm. Apply the second coat of WPC after the first coat dries completely and allow it to dry completely, providing necessary connection items suitable for WC, providing lime concretete complete all as per manufactures instruction and as directed.

All as per item No. 36.00 above but for bath/lobby without any PVC connections, fittings, for area exceeding 1.2Sqm and not exceeding 2 sqm each.

Supply only vitreous China squatting pan, 'Orrisa Pattern, size 580x440 white with integral foot rest (excluding flushin cistern and flush pipe.

Preparing old painted plastered surface by complete removal of existing treatment including washing using machine nozzeled pressure water includuing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface and bringing to plaster mother surface as specified and approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for application of water proofing tretment of old/prepared surface of external wall by filling cracks of 2mm with crack filler and cracks wider than 5 mm with polymer modified mortar, Priming the surface with a coat of PRIMESEAL diluted with potable water in the ratio 2:1 by volume prior to application of Raincoat and allow it to dry for 2 to three hours. Apply first coat of Raincoat. Apply second coat of Raincoat with an interval of 5 to 6 hours and allow it to cure for 7 days all as directed and as per manufacturers instruction. Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

S & F Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm and not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in/hite/coloured cement to match all as specified.

S & F glazed coloured ceramic tiles in verticla surface 300 x 200 x 7mm thick as in dado, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match all as specified.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick to rceive floor tiles in cement plaster 1:4

M&L rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick work/ concrete surface to receive tiles

NOTE :- (a) The work for itme Srl No. 12.00, 13.00, 15.00, 23.00 & 40.00 shall be executed directly by company or their authorised applicator. Application shall be authorised in writing by company and guarantee of work executed shall be owned by contractor and company. (b) Quoted rates shall be inclusive of material all labours tools and plants, scaffolding and working upto 15mtr height. (c) Adoption of necessary safety arrangements like safety belts, ropes, helmets, netting etc. which are required for safety of working at height exceeding 3 mtrs shall be mandatory and deemed to be inclusive on quoted rates.
