Modernization / Upgradation of 02 Nos. 08 passengers elevators OTIS Make (B+G+4) installed at North BlocK A1,Shopping Complex Bahu Plaza Jammu. The complete job includes the following:
Dismantling of the existing controller, hoist-way switches, motor, fixtures, wiring and other worn out accessories.
Providing and fixing new main VVVF drives.
Providing & fixing of new Gein type hall buttons combined with digital hall position indicator and stainless steel faceplates on all floors.
Providing and fixing of car inspection (TOCI) box.
Providing and fixing electronic door detector device.
Providing & fixing of new battery operated Alarm Bell & Emergency Light.
Providing and fitting of Automatic Rescue Device.
Providing and fixing of new limit switch.
Providing & fitting of add on VF door operator for existing door operator.
Complete rewiring of the lifts with copper wires including new travelling cable, junction boxes, troughs with covers and other wiring material as required.
Providing and fixing of infra red door sensor/criss beam.
Providing and fitting of new steel wire rope if required.
Providing and fitting of new car sill at all floors.
Providing and fitting of new false ceiling, cabin fans ,LED lights and car railing at waist levels.
Painting on complete car and landing doors.
Providing and fitting of PVC anti-skid flooring.
Replacement of old main motors with new main motors of reputed make conforming to lift standards. If required.
