Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 1.50 metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layers by rammeing and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts as pewr direction of Engineer-in- Charge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all height as per HPPWD specification with updated BIS norms. (a) Suspended floor, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever .

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level. Tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying of interlocking cement concrete paver block pavement 80MM thickness (M40 Mix) as per drawings and technical specification clause 1504 of MORD & SP-63-2018 i/c bedding sand 30mm thick and to be manufectured in an appropriate plant with high frequency hydrulic press machine with controlled viberation and paving blocks with proper compaction . The contractor shall get prior approval of the paver blocks test samples of approved makes from the Engineer-in-incharge with in 15 dayes prior to the commencement of laying of block at site including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD sepifications and as per driection of the Engineer-in-charge.
