Dismantling/ Taking out existing ACSR conductor any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of insulators of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PCC poles/ struts of any sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down old Under Ground cable of size 50x3.5 core including complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to earth wire 4.0 mm GI strip means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earth work. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC cover in 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 with 8mm CTD 140mm centre to centre with suitable handle, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade pipe with funnel, charcoal salt connected to earthing test point all as specified including testing and commissioning on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No.6 above but using galvanised iron strip 32 X 6 mm as earthing lead complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out in any type of soil for all as directed.

Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 m wide and getting out in any type of soil laying of cables/poles etc.

Returning filling in leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick all as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for sand filling in trenches above and below the cable as in cable protection. NOTE:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates ) as in foundation filling of pole etc complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4 ) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary formwork and finished surfaces complete all as directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing 1100 volts grade, 400 sqmm, 3.5 core, heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing og PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape including complete all as specified. (NOTE- Excavtion, earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning will be measured and paid separately.)

Supply and fix junction box waterproof out door type made out of SMC Sintex make of internal dimensions 300mm x 200mm x 105mm single door type hinged with locking arrangement front operated with one number MCB SP 10 Amps capacity, for housing 3 phase and neutral Aluminium bus bar, including connecting the incoming/out going cables including cable glands SMC coated clamps bolts etc all as direced and fixed to the poles with mild steel flat of size 25 mm x 4 mm, complete all as specified and directed. Make Sintex Cat GS JB 3020 or equivalent.

Supply and install steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metre long) complete all specified and directed.

Taking down of old unserviceable street light bracket with serviceable street light, supply and fix GI bracket pipe of size 40 mm dia medium grade of 1.50 mtr long bent to shape hot or cold suitable for street light fitting and shall be fixed on pole and including suitable fabricated 02 sets of MS flat iron clamp sets of 25 X 6mm thick including one coat of silver paint on coat of red oxide primer including refixing of street light complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe with new GI pipes/ Tubes 'light grade', galvanised, 150 mm bore, ISI marked, laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ poles including mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts and washers, for protection of electric cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete in cutting portion of roads/hard surface/ cement surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type of 400 KVA capacity of transformer step down 11/0.433 KV, copper wound, Level-2 energy efficient outdoor type core type winding AC supply 3 phase, 4 wire 50 HZ, oil immersed, naturally cooled, delta connected on primary (HT side) and star connected on secondary (LV side) having tapping 0%, 2.5%, 5%, 7.5% on HV to be charged by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear including first filling of oil and all standard fittings such as breather unit, drain out valve, conservator tank and mounting, including fixing with suitable nut&bolts, washers with trollety complete all as specified in IS-1180 marked and shall comprise of the following:- (a) HT side (primary) consisting of 03 Nos outdoor porcelain bushing with brass rods complete with nuts, bolts and washers complete. (b) LT side (secondary) consisting of 04 Nos outdoor porcelain bushing with brass rods, complete with nuts bolts and washers complete. (c) Oil conservator tank with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill dehydrating agent (Silica gel) (e) Explosive vent for release of pressure will be provided on the cover. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (9) Silica gel breather along with conservator tank will be provided. (h) One No 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range (0-120) degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter reading temperature indicator with re-setting device. (i) Two earthing terminal on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of neutral & body. (k) Rating plate and terminal marking plate-02 Nos (1) Oil level gauge (m) Oil drain filter valve (n) 4 Nos Lifting lugs will be provided. (0) Oil filling hole with cap / plug with connecting plate complete. (P) Air release valve plug (q) Four plain soiled cast steel heavy duty detachable rollers. (r) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral complete. (s) First filling of new and unused transformer oil IS 335 marked filtered and tested for Di-electric strength not less than 42 KV at 2.0 mm gap between testing electrodes. NB:-Certification of Di-electric strength shall be submitted be the contractor after filling the Oil.

Supply, installation, including design of trolley for installation of 400 KVA distribution transformer consisting of mild steel flat form size 2 mtr X 1.6 mtr having minimum load carrying capacity 1.50 Ton, protection fencing of height 1.0 mtr made out of square wire mesh size 2"X2", wire size 2.25 mm anchoring with 25 X 25 X5 mm thick angle iron including suitable door with hinges and locking arrangements duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, four Nos Eicher Wheels with suitable load spring, channels and suitable towing hook rotation bearing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE- Before placing purchase order of Trolley, the drawing of Trolley shall be got approved from the GE.

Supply laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor confirming to IS:7098 (Part 11), 11KV (E ) grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint kit complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all specified and directed.

Note:- Deduction for Schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part-II) to be made of ₹ 87315.00 from the total quoted amount of BOQ while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
