Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within all leads as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In Cement mortar , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within all leads (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured): From brick work in cement mortar, (Usefull cleaned bricks to be handed over to the Deptt.) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within all leads of: G.S. Sheet (Dismantled sheets to be handed over to the Deptt.), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within all leads. (Dismantled steel like angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, etc. to be handed over to the Deptt.), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Cleaning the sand stone surface and removing dirt,dust,bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc., including providing, applying and washing the surface with liquid Ammonia Chemical of 5% solution and other chemical cleaning agent as approved by Archaeological Survey of India/ Engineer-incharge, of approved brand and manufacturer, with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning with machine operated water jet mixed with desired quantity of fine silica where ever required, without causing any scratching/ damage to the stone surface and finally washing the surface with clean water with the help of pressure jet machine, complete in all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard ventilators, windows, doors etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building/structure, all as per direction of Engineer- in-charge (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding)., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (Thirty centimeter) in depth, 1.5 m (One point five meter) in width as well as 10 sqm (Ten square meter) on plan) on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto approved dumping site, as directed by Engineer-in-charge, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m (One point five meter) in width or 10 sqm (Ten square meter) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m (One point five meter) , including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils up to approved dumping site : Ordinary rock, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (One Cement isto Four coarse sand isto Eight graded stone aggregate ) 40 mm (Forty milimeter) nominal size , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (One Cement isto Three coarse sand isto Six graded stone aggregate) 40 mm (Forty milimeter) nominal size including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (One Cement isto Three coarse sand isto Six graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
