Picking and Earthwork excavation for foundation and depositing on Bank with metal lead of 10m and initial of 2m in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton,hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders including all labour charges etc.complete as per SS 20 B TNDSS No 23, 24 VI(S2),VI, VII.9 & 10

Providing and Laying Wet Mix Mecadam using 0.396m3 of 45-22.40mm graded metal, 0.528m3 of 22.40-2.36mm graded metal and 0.396m3 of 2.36 and below size graded metal premixed with water to a densemass on a prepared subgrade / base to template in uniform 15cm Consolidated thickness and consolidation with Vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber rolling with protecting edges, etc completing with MORTH specification Clause 406.

Providing and laying Priming coat over WBM/WMM surface using 7Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) for 10 Sq.m for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinary, fule and all other incidental chrages etc., complte as for clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WBM/WMM surface (Preaped with primer) using 2.50Kg of Bitu Emulsion (RS1)for 10 Sq.m for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinary, fule and all other incidental chrages etc., complte as for clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying 50 mm conslidated thick Dense Bituminuous macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50-13.20 mm,0.25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm and below and with 53.20kg of vt 30 bitumen premixing 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site,heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 tons capacity,conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site,spreading the mix uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grade and cross sections and compaction by vibratory/ pneumapic roller to the required density etc., including labour for accending to pavor at sites etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 CMP with bitumen tipper trucks, paver finisher/9 m paver finisher,vibratory/ pneumapic rollers and all other tools and plant required including to all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as clause 505 MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50 mm, 0.13cum of 9.50-2.36 mm and 0.26cum of 2.36mm and blow with 50.30 kgs of VG 30 /VG 40 bitumen for premixing for 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20–30 tonnes capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40 mm with mechanical Paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 80 - 10 tonne vibratory/ pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labor for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher,/ 9m paver finisher, vibratory/ pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required including fule and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as for clause 507of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streeks and heles.
