Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n exc 400 Sqm, depth exc 50mm and n.exc 100mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) uniform surfaces with power roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 75 mm (compacted thickness) W.B.M with coarse aggregate (Granite, trap or bassalt) of grading 2 (63 mm to 80 mm size) or of grading 3 (50mm to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to reqd gradient and camber. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing surfaces of WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. applying evenly a primer /tack coat using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm and M & L Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG 30) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechnical paver and power roller of capacity 8 to 10 Tonne etc comple as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. M & L applying tack coat using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm and Laying Bituminous Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechnical paver and power roller of capacity 8 to 10 Tonne etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for thermo plastic paint marking 2.0mm thick center line, stop line, dashes, arrows, brackets and simillar work exc 10 cm wide on road surfaces as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic paint of approved quantity and make with 8% glass bends laid at tempertrue 160 degree centigrate with a special applicator machine complete all as manufacturer's instructions and traffic diverson arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair dual directional reflective Cat eye of aluminium casted stud 100x100mm having 3 round ABS plastic discs containing 21 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow a side provided with steel zinc plated nail of dia 12mm of length 120mm for fixing on road by hammering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
