Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases in brick walls, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 for concealed water tubings, cutting not exceeding 10cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old sink with draining board and fixing new stainless steel kitchen sink with draining board made of stainless steel 1mm thick,coupling plug , washers and waste pipes including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 915 mm X 460 mm and bowl size 410X330X160 mm complete all as directed . Make- Nirali or equivalent

S&F in repairs stainless steel kitchen sink without drainng board made of stainless steel 1mm thick, coupling plug, washers and waste pipes including bedding cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantelever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 495 mm x 420 mm , bowl size 410 mm x 330 mm x 160 mm all as specified and directed. Make- Nirali or equivalent.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for RCC tank comoplete.

Dismantling PVC water tanks exc 250 but n. exc 500 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks white colour 500 ltrs (cylingdrical vertical with closed top) 3 layered wall construction hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore, gun-metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete

Dismantling of brick tiles flat or edges pointed in any type of mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete including roof padding, complete all as specified and directed.

Wire brusing & cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings & junction of parapets, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC roof padding 1:2:4 type B-1, 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in floors , 40 mm thick finished smooth .complete as specified and directed.

M&L PCC in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and base of Over head tank type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound STP No 1 for Dr. Fixit or complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to flat roofs and edges (vertical or tapered) etc. in following sequence:- (i) Properly cleaning and drying the surface (ii) Applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm (iii) Applying a coat of hot air blown grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm (iv) Laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane with 100mm overlaps, sealed and bonded to the surface by 'torchon' method as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm thick brick tiles laid on cement mortar 1:6 and pointing in CM 1:3 15mm thick screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

All as above but except tile complete all as specified and directed.
