Supply, install testing and commissioning Diesel Engine driven generating set 62.5 kVA/50kW, 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS :10002 and Alternator as per IS : 13364 complete with sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms, and suitable foundation of DG set as per manufacturer design and specifications including comprising of the followings:

(a) Alternator : Self regulated with brushless self excitation 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz, 0.8 PF, 1500 RPM with voltage variation plus or minus 1% of rated voltage from no-load to full-load, H - class insulation, minimum harmonics interference, vacuum pressure impregnation, Epoxy gel coating on the winding all as recommended by manufacturer. Make: Kirloskar Koel Green/ Stamford/ Cromption Greaves as approved by GE

(b) Engine : Low emission, high efficiency engines, compact, robust and rugged design as per manufacturer specification. Make: Kirloskar koel green /Greaves cotton/Cummins as approved by GE

(c ) Controller : Microprocessor based with graphical LCD display communication configuration enabled.

(d) Canopy : Silencer inside the canopy, Aesthetically designed bolt-less canopy for enhanced product life, weather and sound resistant enclosure, ease of access and serviceability, insulation confirming to UL94-HF1 class for flammability.

(e) Display features: Batttery charging failure, Over speed and under speed, Over current, Over voltage and under voltage, Over kilo watt, Phase seq., phase missing, Earth fault trip. Low lub oil pressure, High Engine temperature, Low and high battery voltage, low fuel level, over crank protection, routine maintenance, mains frequency.

(f) Foundation : As per manufacturer drawing and recommendations.

(g) Documents : Operation and spare parts manual in CD format, Installation and general maintenance guidelines foundation drawing, Alternator and control panel wiring drawings, Test certificates

(h) Tools and 2 years normal maintenance spares as specified under PS shall be supplied by the contractor without any extra cost.

Supply install and testing outdoor type, weather proof IP-54 AMF Control panel fabricated out of 3.2mm thick CRCA MS sheet for outer panel and 1.6 mm MS sheet for internal compartments, powder coated incorporating the following items including control wiring etc Mechanically and electrically interlocked 2 Nos 4 pole power contactors of suitable rating mounted side-by-side on a base plate for changeover of engine and main supply, 2 Nos of 125A, 25 KA 4 pole MCCB with overload relay range of appropriate rating for incoming mains supply and engine alternator set supply control including static battery charger of suitable rating with auto cut off facility for charging the battery from mains including AC and DC wiring, Monitoring unit for Mains and DG set supply with AMF with all required standard controls, relays, protective systems, digital type ammeter with suitable CTs and volt meter, displays, indicator lamps for various functions all as specified and directed suitable for 62.5/63 KVA DG set. Note: (a) Panel shall be manufactured in factory holding CPRI type test certificate not older than 10 year (b) The AMF panel shall be mounted on PCC Plinth as reqd. without any extra cost (c) Adequate space shall be provided for cable entry and exit.

Supply, laying and testing LT cables 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened and PVC sheathed, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured with multi stranded aluminum conductor, ISI marked, heavy duty including cable glands, cable lugs in LT panel/MDB in building etc to suit the cable including all jointing/connecting material as required laid in trenches/ducts/under plinth floors passing through pipe fixed on wall etc for 50 sqmm 3.5 core cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced concrete pipes of dia 150 mm 2 nos half round (each of 1 RM long for bottom and top) and laid after levelling of excavated area complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of LT UG cable in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soft/ loose soil all as specified & directed

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified & directed.

M & L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level, with top edge of the plate vertically to depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and incl GI strip 32x6mm and GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade for protection to the extent of 7.5 m as earthing lead by means of GI bolts and nuts etc connecting to equipment with provn of charcoal and salt etc all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I incl RCC cover and MS angle iron frame, watering arrangement with GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade and MS funnel, concrete pit incl excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing on completion etc complete all as specified and directed.
