M&L for 1st quality Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, coloured (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specifeid and directed.

S&F aluminium frames for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining joining cleats for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutter, side hung type type without sash bars, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleat, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, scews anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stay 150mm long (01 No), hinges type B-21 100mm long (02 No) suitable handle (01 No) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength 550 MPA as in roof covering in roof covering incuding ridge fixed with self tapping screws / L type or J type hook as specified.

All as per Sl item No 16 here-in-before but as in ridge / flashing board of width and girth not less than 610mm.

S&F mild steel flat iron for wind tie etc including necessary drilling holes and fixing with necessary self drilling and self tapping screws/bolts and nuts, neoprene and limpet washers with 150mm end laps wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint.

M&L for preparation of old decorated brick/concrete plastered/un-plastered surfaces of walls pillars cornices and one coat of antifungal weather proof emulsion paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M/L preparing old decorated surface of walls, including brooming down and cleaning the surface and applying two coat of distemper (oil emulsion) of any tint on walls all as directed.

S&F second class hard wood plain, straight chowkhats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F 30 mm thick flush shutters solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels.complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 35mm thick second class hard wood, glazed and skeleton shutters , open redated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (with shash bar), edges of framing plain, champered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of member of shutters as specified in SSR Part - I(2009).

S&F Decorative/Fency type certain rods brackets of Aluminium/brass alloy suitable for 20mm dia aluminium alloys decorative certain rod/pipe all as directed by Engineer in Charge.(AS per sample kept in GE's Office)

S&F Decorative/Fency type curtain rods of Aluminium/brass alloy suitable of 19mm dia all as directed by Engineer in Charge. (AS per sample kept in GE's Office)

Hacking out glass old broken (any thickness, quality or description) from wooden frames, stone brick, concrete. Surrounding glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified.

Taking down point wiring (light, fan, socket,or power) complete,(including fixture and fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators,sockets, light fittings etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition separately) and making good distrubed surface of walls, floors ,etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade single core including one single core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor (colour green)drawn through and including PVC casing and capping with all accessories fixed to all type of electrical fittings and earth terminals /earth dolly, complete with PVC rectangular block and rawl plugs fixed to walls / ceilings/ roofs with & including. 3mm thick MS sheet fabricated terminal boxes , flush mounted for mounting of switches , switch socket combination , fan regulator etc as required with 3mm thick hylam sheet top cover all as specified & as directed for the following :- .

One light /Ceiling fan/Exhaust fan point controlled by one Switch and regulator or without regulator.

One 3 pin switch socket 5 Amps independent board.

One 3 pin switch socket 5 Amps same board.

All as per item No.34 above but with using 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor for independent switch socket out let 3 pin 15 Amps Points.

Supply & fixing switch piano 5 Amps, single pole, AC, 230 Volts, flush type, ISI Mark.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in any type of soil all as specified and directedby Engr-in-charge.

Removing exavated materials not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not execeeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directedby Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully existing celling fan and cleaning , greassing and refixing same all as specified and directedby Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying of DWC Pipe of size 50/38 for cable protection complete with coupler etc. all as specified and directedby Engr-in-charge.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mx600mmx6 mm, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level, connected to GI earth wire 4mm by by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel and copper earth strip and connected to earthing test point / distribution board/equipments or any other indicated situation all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I (2009) and testing on completion including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning filling, removing of soil and 1.5 mtr length GI medium grade 20mm dia pipe with funnal and wire mesh, PCC chamber of 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate, 40 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars at 150mm c/c on both ways pre cast chamber cover with lifiting handle 16mm dia round bars, Gi pipe medium grade 15 mm dia for earth wire protaction including charcol, common salt complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- GI earth wire above to 7.5 mtr long shall be measured and paid separetly)
