Operation and Maintenance of booster pumps submersible pumps and maintenance of water supply system in NSM, NFM, Ph-I and II, Azadpur

Cleaning of under ground sump/under ground water tank, Over Head R.C.C. Tank ( independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i)Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Operation and Maintenance of Pumps and DG Set, maintenance and replacement/repair of existing CI/GI water lines, replacement and repair of existing sluice valves on complete line upto DJB connection and repair of old pipelines, including all required materials to be provided by the contractor in case of leakage and defects. i/c accessories as detialed below :- (A). Operation and maintenance of booster pumps 40 Hp -3nos (B). Operation and maintenance of Submersible pumps 5 Hp - 4nos & 7.5HP 2nos. (C). Operation and maintenance of Air cooled disesel generator set i/c Diseal (62.5 KVA)-01nos (D). Disinfection and maintenance of CI/GI water lines i/c fittings i) 150mm dia CI pipe line 6500m approx. ii) 200mm dia CI pipe line 50m approx.. iii) 250mm dia CI pipe line 1000m approx.. iv) 80mm dia CI pipe line 2200m approx.. v) 100mm dia CI pipe line 600m approx.. vi) old CI/GI pipe line 500m approx at gate, office, old pump house line etc. (E). Maintenance of all accessories i/c fire hydrant gate valves, sluice valves, prerssure release valves i/c material all tools and plants etc. (F). Supply and mixing of bleaching powder and chlorine as per is code etc. or as required as per direction of Engineer in charge complete (G). Repair and Making good the pucca area excavated for maintenance for repair of water supply of line by supplying and providing cement concrete/ cc blocksfor excavted area by lanes, roads or chambers which is required for maintening the line i/c disposal of rubbish outside APMC premisis complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge. (H). Repair, making good of excavated pucca area, and deployment of 03 nos. pump operators, 01 no. mechanics/1st class supervisors/plumber, and 01 no. beldar/helper.
