Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan with regulator, including wiring the down rods of standard length (up to 30 cm) with 16/0.20 mm twin twisted flexible, cotton braided, copper cable, including providing and fixing phenolic laminated sheet cover on the fan box and earthing etc. as required:-Ceiling Fan 1200 mm sweep, Category-A

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats) to give an even shade I/c thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dust dirt & other foreign matter with in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surfacefree from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth togive final matter finish to the surface complete.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade for interior painting on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. on interior walls of Plant buildings of STP Zone 2 and Zone 3 complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Applying priming coat of approved make over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including prepering the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matters sand papering and knotting complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) of approved make on new wood and wood based surface Painting and Polishing with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt,dust and other foreign matter,sand papering & stoping complete white paint within all leads and lifts as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat of approved make over new steel and other metal surfaces and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other other foreign matter and scoured with wire brush fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) of approved make on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt,dust and other foreign matter complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.With readymixed paint other than white.
