REMOVING OF EXISTING 630KVA TRANSFORMER Disconnect all cables , Remove from the existing location/foundation, Shift / Transport from foundation to Store located within Verka premises (As per Owner Guidance) including Packing with Polythene sheet and Disconnecting all Cables, CT's in the 630KVA Transformer VCB.
REMOVING, SHIFTING OF EXISTING 1000KVA TRANSFORMER Disconnect all cables, Remove, Shift / Transport the 1000KVA Existing Transformer from existing location/foundation to the site of 630KVA Transformer (As per Owner Guidance) including Disconnecting all Cables, CT in VCB, OLTC /RTCC and Re-installation, Testing (Required at Site Before Commissioning), Connecting all HT, LT & Control Cables between Transformer, VCB & OLTC/RTCC. Including Ct Required for APFC Relay 1600/ 5A, Cl - 1.0, Burden 10VA. Complete in all respect as required by the Engineer-incharge of the site.

The old CT shall be handed over to Client duly Packed Polythien Sheet for storing. Complete in all respect as required by the Engineer-in-charge of the site.

1000KVA TRANSFORMER APFC PANEL Disconnect, shift, Install, testing & commissioning of APFC Panel at approx 10mtr away within Sub Station building, Connect all Power & Control cable including earthing the panel. The same shall be Commissioned at new location for the 1000KVA transformer which is being shifted inplace of 630KVA Transformer. Complete in all respect as required by the Engineering-incharge of the site.

Excavation has been considered in Excavation Item No. 5.01. The Cables shall rolled & tied properly and stored in store as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge of the Site.

SECTION-D_ LT PANELS: LT PANELS Supply/Receiving/Handling/Erection/Testing & Commissioning of cubicle type (bolted & modular construction) panels, fabricated out of 1.6 mm / 2mm (All load bearing member & Doors shall be 2mm and other parts shall be 1.6mm) rust inhibited CRCA sheet steel, 7 tank treated sheets and powder coated shall be complete with incoming and out-going feeders, electrolytic grade (E91) aluminum bus-bar, duly insulated with heat shrinkable PVC colour coded sleeves, shrouders (Shrouding shall be provided between Top & Bottom Feeder), bus-bar droppers, supported on DMC/SMC insulators. Panel construction shall be CPRI APPROVED and full proof protection from dust, water, humidity, fire, vibrations, temerature, variations, pull tension, noise, entry of rodent etc. (as per relevant IS standard), with heavy duty neoprene gaskets. The floor mounting panels shall be provided with mounting channels not less than 75mm X 75mm X 5mm thick of size. Panels shall have aluminum earth bus through out the panel, The panel shall be provided with name / designation plate for all incoming/ outgoing feeders, danger plate, door steel locks etc. The key should be common for all compartment / doors. The doors of compartment should not open when switch is in ON position and provision of de-interlock facility shall be provided. Internal control / power wiring of the panel shall be carried out with LSZH insulated copper conductors PVC insulated. All tests shall be carried out as per relevant IS standard in presence of client or his representative and all tests certificates shall be submitted to the client in original duly signed by concerned authority.
GENERAL NOTE FOR CONTRACTOR
The rates for all these items under the following heads should include all necessary items and equipments as required.
Assembling loose components of the various equipment as per manufacturer's instructions or as per advise of Engineer-in-Charge
Bonding onto masonry/concrete work including cutting/drilling holes through walls/floors and grouting with cement mortar 1:2:4 (provide the finish level)
Providing all fixing accessories such as nuts, screws, bolts, Anchor Fastners etc. as required.
Effecting adequate and proper connections to the main Earthing Stations (AS PER IS 3043)
Touching up all damaged paint over equipment with same type shade and painting the MS angle , C-channels etc. with two coats of Red Oxide & Two Coats of finishing approved synthetic enamel paint.
All items listed in the BOQ shall be of approved make only as per tender.
Any unspecified item shall be as per approval of consultant / Architect / Owner.
All Digital Meters shall have RS 485 Port
All Panels/Cubicle shall be provided with sufficient number of Space Heaters (80 Watts) Controlled by Thermostate and MCB
All wires used in the panel shall be multistranded copper conductor LSZH insulated, 1100V Grade.
CT, PT & Earth wires shall be 2.5Sq.mm copper conductor, LSZH, PVC insulated and Control wiring not less than 1.5sqmm, LSZH, PVC insulated, copper conductor shall be used. Color Coding shall be as per the IS standard. Power wiring shall be of suitable rating with LSZH, PVC insulated, copper conductor multistrand. All wires used in the panel shall be LSZH and class of PVC insulation shall withstand 105°C.
Note : Any item seems to be missing and needed for smooth running/functioning of the system shall be treated as included and no extra price will be paid for the same.
Aluminium Busbar shall be Electrolytic Grade - E91. Busbar shall be duly covered with heat shirankable PVC Insulated coloured sleeve. Neutral bus shall be equal to the Phase Bus. Current Density for Aluminum bus shall be consider as 0.8A / Sq.mm
ACB Make & Model Nos.:- L&T Model U-Power Omega, FP, 50kA, M/P with MTX4.5 Release, Schneider MVS, FP, 50kA (6V Release) , Siemens Model 3WT (ETU-37WT Release), FP, 50kA. Contactor to maintain the site neat & clean and all debris to be cleared from the site on completion of day work before leaving the site.

SECTION-E _ CVIL WORK: CLEANING OF EXISTING CABLE TRENCH Cleaning of existing Cable Trench from all types filth material and make sure no material makes entry within the Cable Trench, the job involves sludge suction pumping machine, related tools & tackles etc. Size approx 12M X 1M X 1M approx. Compte in all respect as required.
EXCAVATION FOR TRENCH Earth work in surface excavation upto 1.5Mtrs depth in ordinary soil including compaction & re-filling of earth and removing of extra soil within distance of 100mtrs. The contractor to take all required pre-cautions while working at site since job to be carried out in working Sub-station area. Size / marking for excavation will be provided at the time of work. The work shall be carried out as per Punjab Govt. PWD Specification. Complete in all respect as required by the Engineer-in-charge of site.
PRE-CAST CONCRETE (PCC) Pre-cast cement concrete in the ratio of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand : 8 Graded Stone Aggregate of 20 - 40mm nominal size). PCC thickness shall be minimum 100mm. Size / marking for PCC will be provided at the time of work. The work shall be carried out as per Punjab Govt. PWD Specification. Complete in all respect as required by the Engineer-in-charge of site.
BRICK MASONARY WORK Brick masonary work in Ratio 1 : 5 Cement Mortar with First Class Burnt Bricks in Foundation as per given design. The work shall be carried out as per Punjab Govt. PWD Specification. Complete in all respect as required by the Engineer-in-charge of site.
PLASTERING OF WALL Providing and applying cement plaster in a ratio of 1 : 3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand) in Cable Trenches with Curing etc. The work shall be carried out as per Punjab Govt. PWD Specification. Complete in all respect as required by the Engineer-in-charge of site.
EQUAL ANGLE 75 X 6MM Supply, cutting, welding, grinding including Welding Set Welding Rod, Cutter and all other tools required to fabricate out of the M.S. Equal Angle of size 75 X 6mm, as per given design for fixing on top of Trench Wall towards inner side including grouting arrangement (Baira). The Equal angle top shall be in level with the finished floor. Complete in all respect as required by the Engineer-in-charge of the site.
CHEQUER PLATE 6MM THICK upply, cutting, welding, grinding including Welding Set Welding Rod, Cutter and all other tools required to fabricate out of the M.S. Chequer Plate 6mm thick as per given design for fixing on top of open area of Trench. The Chequer Plate shall have lifting arrangement. Complete in all respect as required by the Engineer-in-charge of the site.
COARSE SAND Supply & Spreading of Coarse Sand for providing Cushioning to direct Burried cables
BRICKS Supply & Laying of First class Bricks for Covering / Protection (Bricks shall be provided in the Horizontal manner over the cable) of direct Burried cables'
Providing, laying and fixing 300mm dia RCC Pipe NP2 Class (heavy duty) in ground complete with RCC Collars, Jointing with cement mortar 1 : 2 (1 Cement : 2 Fine Sand) at a depth of 75cm. (excavation considered in itm no. 5.10)
