The work of established 08 MVA power T/f and other associated works due to overloding execting 05 MVA T/F at 33/11KV s/s Badhapur under EEDD Nagina

Safe cartage of 33/11 KV 08 MVA power T/F from 33/11 kv s/s chandak under EDD Najibabad to above sites including loading and unloading at both ends with the help of crain.

Dismantling of pale fencing of switchyard for making path of 05 MVA transformer.

Dismantling of the cable hanging channel with 300 sq.mm. XLPE cable.

Opening of the LT side 300 sq.mm XLPE 11 KV cable connection safely.

Dismantling of the neutral earthing angle iron, body earthing both points and HT side connections of the transformer.

Shifting of 05 MVA transformer from switchyard plinth to out side switchyard with the help of Crane.

Installation of new 05 MVA transformer on to the plinth in alignment with the help of Crane.

Fitting of radiators with Conservator tank and other accessories of the transformer.

Filling of approx. 3200 Ltr. transformer oil in the tank and radiators.

Earthing of new 08 MVA transformer at 02 points on body and at neutral point by providing MS strip through electric welding, in addition to grouting of angle iron.

Grouting of channel pieces and hanging 300 sq. mm XLPE cable with clamp.

Making LT and HT side cable connections.

Fixing and grouting of pale fencing after completion of the work.

Dismantling of 01 No. 5 MVA power T/F from site and cartage back to store with loading and unloading both ends with the help of crain.
