Replacement/Adjustment of bottom rubber seal of Radial Gates Providing/placing 300 sand bags approx in the each segment of the gate to avoid the current of the water by using JCB/manual labour for making the space suitable wherever required for execution the job. Dismantling/disassembling of damaged/punctured flat type bottom rubber seals of the radial gate by way of cutting all the rusted nuts, bolts and washers using gas cutter or with cutting wheel. Job includes removing cover plates/flats after cutting the rusted nuts and bolts. Providing of rubber seal of size (120mm x16 mm) approx as per sample for 16 m/8 m length required for each radial gate and Providing of approx 150 No. MS nuts, bolts, washers of size (12mm x 76 mm) for one radial gate to provide equal compression throughout the length to prevent leakage of water. Job includes punching of holes of size approx 12 mm and at suitable space in rubber seal and fitting of bottom rubber seal using cover plate/flats and MS nuts bolts and washers for each gate after proper adjustment and alignment. Finally extraction of sand bags from the river bed and removing/clearing the mud, filled sand bags with the help of JCB/manual labour. Complete job includes labour charges (skilled, semi-skilled), hire charges JCB, scaffolding, gas cutting machine/cutting machine used, other tools and tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material i.e. bottom rubber seal, Nuts, Bolts, washers, cutting wheels, transportation charges, handling charges including of all kind of taxes as applicable

Dismantling/disassembling of damaged/punctured Z type side rubber seals from each side of the radial gate by way of cutting all the rusted nuts, bolts and washers using gas cutter or with cutting wheel. Job includes removing cover plates/flats after cutting the rusted nuts and bolts. Providing of Z type rubber seal as per sample size for 8.058 m length required for each radial gate and Providing of approx 70 No. MS nuts, bolts, washers of size (12mm x 65 mm) to provide equal compression with wall guide plate to prevent leakage of water through radial gate. Job includes punching of holes of requisite size and at suitable space in rubber seal and fitting of Z type side rubber seal using cover plate/flats and MS nuts bolts and washers for each gate after proper adjustment and alignment. Finally extraction of sand bags from the river bed and removing/clearing the mud, filled sand bags with the help of JCB/manual labour.
