Supply and installation in replecement of Hot dipped Octagonal galvanized iron pole 8 mtr height, with necessary Foundation RCC 1:1:5:3 with 8Nos.16 mm dia tor bar as main bars and 8mm dia.Tor bars strips@190mm c/c as this reinforcement shall confirm to IS : 1786 latest edition.The foundation shall extend above surroundings ground/drive way level for 200 mm and have DWC 63 mm dia,PVC sleeve cast foundation for cable entry,Excavation,RCC and reinforcement etc as per manufacturer recommendation and the cost of necessary foundation , steel bars , strip as per Manufacturer instructions .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and and not exceeding 1.5 m depth in loose/soft soil and getting out soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, with excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete as specified and directed.

Note :- Deficient quantity of Transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying and fixing in replacement, Porcelain transformer bushing on LT (440 Volt) side, including brass stems conical bush and gasket after disconnecting electrically and mechanically for indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity upto 400 KVA and re-connecting electrically and mechanically, testing complete all as specified and directed. Note.The rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for draining out & re-filling transforer oil, opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers and provision of pad type bus bar almuminium of approppiate size /capacities of transformers with nut bolt & washers.

Material & Labour for painting of transformer installed on plinth/4/6 pole structures at various site of capacity 100 to 400 KVA with existing colour, with spraying machine, after cleaning, preparation of outer surface of transformer, including writing of SM No, MES and capacity of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair and maintenance of servo controlled/AC voltage stabilizer upto 450 KVA capacity 3 phase 415 volts, disconnecting from electric mains , by unscrewing the nuts bolts etc repair/maintenence by draining out the voltage stabilizer oil through the drain plug , for finding out fault and rectifying minor repairs and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in - charge. respective items of BOQ.

Supply,install, testing and commissioning of maintenance free chemical earthing system (Grid type, set of 03 earth) conforming to IS: 3043 using 77mm dia, 3000mm long copper solid rod with exothermic 'T' point rod with 7.5 mtr long copper strip of size 50mmx6mm and 90mm dia terminal copper pipe of thickness 1.6mm and 3000mm long with test certificate 99.99% . The ground enhancing compound made of Marconite conductive aggregate (consist of Marconite resin-based cements, adhesive and gypsum plaster) shall not be less than 45Kg. The electrode shall be provided on its top with an earth termination clamp made out of electrolytic grade copper for connecting earth continuity conductor with copper wire/strip. PCC chamber of size 300x300x300mm with cover shall be provided on top of earth system on 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 bed concrete. The chamber shall burried in ground with top edge projecting upto 75mm from ground surface complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The earth resistance value should be less than 1 ohm. (ii) The quoted rate shall include cost of copper strip 50mmx6mm upto 7.5mtr length and earth pit bore in hard/disintegrated rock. (iii) The contractor shall give a written guarantee for maintenance earth resistance of less than 01 ohm for a period of 5 years from the certificate date of completion and to arrange security deposit of Rs 5000.00 each earthing for 05 years. (iv) The short time and peak with standing current capacity for 1 second should be 25KA and 52.5KA respectively. In this regard CPR/ERDA/NABL approved Lab test report is mandatory of Marconite conductive aggregate. (v) The size of bore should not be less than 1500mm dia. Make- SN Engineering or equivalent from marconite conductive aggergate.
