PART -I - IMPROVEMENT TO ROOF TREATMENT IN CERTAIN MD ACCN

Taking down plastering on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel/UPVC tubing and connections including removal to store etc. for 20 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 3.00 here-in-before but for 25 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down PVC pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, head shoes, bends, swan necks etc., including cleaning, refixing or removal to store (measured overall along the centre line over fittings and accessories), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone, brick masonry or block walling built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches etc., but excluding ashlar facing and dressed stone work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size fly ash bricks, class 7.5, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), finished fair and even (external surfaces), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling surfaces in cement mortar (1:3), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior grade weather-resistant paint over a coat of primer including cleaning of floor, joinery, glass panes and finishing smooth with sand paper, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing waterproofing treatment over roof including PCC of any thickness, cleaning the surfaces with wire brushing, watering and removing debris up to 1500 m distance etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as levelling course in roofs, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete roof surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, ready to receive waterproofing membrane mixed with integral waterproofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral waterproofing liquid (@ 200 ml per bag of cement), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered surfaces by thoroughly removing all loose particles and applying a uniform coat of hot-blown bitumen VG-10 @ 1.20 kg/sqm conforming to IS 702 over a coat of water-based bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltr/sqm and laying APP-based polymeric membrane as per IS 16540-2017 / IS 16532-2017 with minimum 100 mm overlap, weighing 3.6 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 g/sqm) by forced application and finishing with a coat of solar-reflective aluminium paint @ 0.1 ltr/sqm, complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions and as specified and directed.

Waterproofing treatment of sunken portion / water tank padding using SHALIURETHANE-BTD of STP make or equivalent as approved by GE — single-component water-based liquid-applied elastomeric waterproofing membrane conforming to ASTM C 836 and ASTM D 6083, 1.5 mm thick, having solid content > 80% and elongation 500 ± 50%, laid over reinforcing layer on non-woven geo-textile mesh (40/50 gms), including self-primer coat diluted 1:1 @ 0.2 kg/sqm and surface preparation including cleaning of existing treatment, complete all as specified and directed .

Providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) in seismic and similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc. 250 litres but not exc. 500 litres, setting aside or lowering (if required) for repairs, cleaning, hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in position including cleaning and removal of all scale and dirt from tanks and mouths of circulating pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F unplasticised PVC pipes and fittings of 20 mm dia, pressure rating 10 kgf/cm², fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F unplasticised PVC pipes and fittings of 25 mm dia, pressure rating 10 kgf/cm², fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F gun-metal globe or gate valves (ISI-marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe 20 mm bore and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, 110 mm dia, any length, with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends 110 mm dia of any radius with access door, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 500 litre capacity triple-layer rotational-moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling existing tanks and removing to store, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 1000 litre capacity triple-layer rotational-moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling existing tanks and removing to store, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ball valves, high pressure, PTMT with epoxy-coated aluminium rod and high-density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe of 25 mm bore (minimum weight 455 gms), fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

PART -II - PROVIDING SPLIT AC

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of high wall split AC unit of 1.5 ton capacity, inverter type, complete with indoor and outdoor units, cordless remote control, GI powder-coated brackets and fastenings, interconnecting copper tubing set (1/4" and 1/2") with PUF insulation and accessories, condensate PVC drain pipe, and all necessary fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical supply arrangement for split AC unit comprising voltage stabilizer 5 KVA, sub-main cable 2 × 4.0 sqmm + 1 × 4.0 sqmm earth continuity conductor drawn through PVC conduit, and SPN enclosure with two-pin and earth plug & socket with 16 A MCB, complete all as specified and directed.
