M&L for excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for repair/laying of cables, and foundation for poles and stay complete all as specified and as directed . NOTE: Excavation in trenches shall be carried out manually only. During excavation due care shall be taken to avoid damages to existing HT/LT UG cables laid in and around the perimeter area which are likely to be crossed in the proposed layout. If any damages occured, the same shall be got rectified by the contractor at his own risk and cost promptly.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread riddled earth obtained from item No 1 above as in cable cushioning all as directed. Note: For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness of 18cm will be considered for payment.Note :- In case sufficient soil is not obtained from excavation, the required additional qty shall be obtained from out side MD land as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is deemed to be included.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as directed.

Supply and laying fly ash bricks as in cable protection all as specified and as directed

Supplying, fixing & Commissioning of LT outdoor IP-65 busbar enclosure of size 450x200x400mm with 100Amp rated aluminum bus bar including provision of fixing arrangements suitably screwed/clamped on two number GI square/rectangular tube properly grouted with cement concrete base of adequate size and enable the junction box stand in true vertical position and not affecting with the normal wind including 01 Number 6 Amp MCB SPN, 10KA properly fixed with in the junction box all as specified and directed.

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 3.5 core 95 Sqmm all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing testing & commissioning of LT outdoor IP-65 busbar enclosure of size 450x200x400mm with 100Amp rated copper bus bar including provision of fixing arrangements suitably screwed/clamped on two number GI square/rectangular tube properly grouted with cement concrete base of adequate size and enable the junction box stand in true vertical position and not affecting with the normal wind including 01 Number MCCB 25 Amps, 16KA, 3 pole and 01 No 6 Amp, 10KA, SP MCB properly fixed with in the junction box all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade of size 80mm bore in trenches /under road/crossings or fixed to wall/pole, for protection of UG cables Note :- Payment for excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade of size 50mm bore fixed to wall/pole, for protection of UG cables complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Earthing and testing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 M below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level connected to and including 20 x 3 mm copper strip as earth lead by means of bolts and nuts, check nuts and washers etc made of copper & connected to transformer/LT panel and earthing test point , earth dolly all as shown in elect plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I including all necessary earth work, excavation PCC chamber cover with handle (PCC 1:2:4) and 20mm dia GI watering pipe and 40 mm dia light grade GI for protection of earth strip ,wire mesh, funnel, charcoal dust & common salt, etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and install testing and commissioning of copper wound Isolation transformer outdoor type 30 KVA 50 HZ LT 433 Volts 3 Phase 4 wire Confirming to IS-2026 certification suitable capacity MCCB 4 pole on primary and secondary including volt mtr ,ammeter with selactor switch , LED indication lamps for 3 phase and voltmeter for earth to neutral voltage , MCB protection for metering equipment complete with standard fittings, . complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 30 KVA Diesel Generator set 0.8 P.F, 3 Phase 415 volts / 420 Volts, 50 c/s 1500 RPM complete with Self starting System including foundation as per OEM Specification,accessories including following control panel etc :- (A) ENGINE : Diesel engine meeting Emission & Noise compliant, developing necessary BHP as per STP conditions, liquid cooled diesel engine, 3 cylinder suitable for generator application with a shaft output of suitable capacity at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions as per BSS 5414-ISO 8528. The Engine Shall Comprise the following standard scope of supply:- 1. Dry type Air cleaner 2. Expansion bellow 3. Radiator, radiator fan and mounting 4. Exhaust gas turbo charger 5. Fuel filter (pre and micro) 6. In-line mono-block fuel injection pump with governor and fuel feed pump. 7. 12V electric starting motor 8. 12V battery charging alternator 9. Engine test certificate.Engine Instrument panel / mounted : Engine control panel consisting of Generator Control Unit(GCU) as per manufactured standard.Safety system of Engine : The engine shall trip for the following conditions with visual alarm device:- 1. Low lubricating oil pressure 2. High water temperature

(B)ALTERNATOR: Alternator capacity of 30KVA / 24KW, AC, 3phase 50Hz, 415 Volts, 0.80 PF 4 wire self excited, self regulated design to run at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions conforming IS KG 184C to be coupled directly to the diesel engine alongwith test certificate. The alternator shall be screen protected trip proof with IP 23 protection.( Make: KOEL green / Stamford / Leroy somer ) (C) Accoustic Enclosure : Kirloskar Green / Equivalent Acoustic enclosure of self standing weather proof as per CPCB norms made up of powder coated and fabricated out of suitable thickness and approved CPCB MS sheet and floor mounting type with modular construction with the provision to assemble and dismantle easily and designed to suit all weather conditions. Canopy panel and door shall have inside lining of FIRE RETARDANT foam 80-100Kg / M3 density mineral wool of 25mm thickness as acoustic material four hinged doors shall be fixed to canopy.(D)Surface Treatment Painting : The enclosure shall be suitably treated for degreasing, degusting and posphating. The canopies are asses through seven - tank treatment throughly.(E)Additional Features : Canopy fabricated on CNC machines with dimensional accuracy of 0.1mm so as to increase its durability special designed supporting ribs / structures to give sturdiness and to reduce the vibrations of the DG sets if any.

(F)World Cooling Package :World class cooling package for which it can also perform at 45°C ambient temperature no grouting required on the ground, only a level surface capable of withstanding the DG weight, Lifting hooks should be provided for the acoustic enclosure, which should be unloaded independent of the DG set. The Gen set base frame should be provided with hooks for unloading. (G)Temperature rise inside the canopy : Designed as to maintain the temperature difference between ambient and air inlet at aircleaner within the enclosure well with in 5-7°C. (H)Base frame : Base frame fabricated in sheet metal. The base frame should be rugged in construction and designed for mounting engine and brushless alternator close coupled, with cross members mounted on AVM, the base frame shall have provision for mounting of acoustic enclosure on it.(I)Fuel tank : 50-60 liters Removable fuel tank shall be fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet and is part of base frame. It shall be duly painted and fitted with inlet and outlet connections and mechanical fuel tank should be easily removed for cleaning or any maintenance. (J)Battery:1No,12V 80 AH capacity battery. (K)Exhaust Piping : DG set should be offered complete with exhaust piping silencer mounted and connected by means of MS pipe through flexible pipe to the engine manifold. Entire exhaust piping inside the canopy (Cold Zone) shall be insulated by means of ceramic wool and aluminium cladded.
