Cleaning, maintenance and watch and ward daily cleaning washing of toilets, maintenance of all equipments for keeping the same in running condition locking of toilets sets in the evening and opening in the morning as time schdule fixed by the office.Complete watch and ward of toilets sets, replacement of stolen/defective parts at contractor/agency cost. Reporting the matter regarding keeping and proper running of each toilet in the office, keeping the water supply in good conditions for O.H.S.T's from source water line cleaning of pits of bio digester from time to time as per requirement. :- According to NS item. (Note:- No. of seats and urinals taken are tentitive and actual quantity will be the no. of seats and urinals handed over at the time of giving work order. seats Note:- The tentitive quantity of Urinal(exclude the seats) is 150 Nos. and the half rates will be considered for One Urinal which quoted by bidder for One Seat The Quantity is:- Seats = 300 Nos Urinals = 150 Nos (the rates of Urinal will be considered as Half which quoted by bidder for one seat.) Hence the quantity is 75 for taking the rates by bidder. (150/2 = 75 Nos) Total = 375 Nos
