Work done Certificate for Single Similar work (Tree removal and Transportation) in any of the five financial years, Certified by Deputy conservator of forest or above the rank of officer of i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 (50% cost of estimate cost) (Compulsory)
Bidder should have provided Tree canopy services in any of the financial years, i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 should upload work orders/Invoices. (Compulsory)
TDetailed proposed work plan and methodology, staffing, and monitoring, training on the Tree canopy
Own/Leased LCV/MCV Vehicle RC/Lease copy, fitness certificate, Valid Insurance copy, valid driver DL (Compulsory)
EPF, ESI AND Labour Valid license and ESI EPF Details of month of Oct- 2025, November-2025 and December 2025,(compulsory)

Karnataka Forest department valid license or CPWD/KPWD valid license orBBMP valid licenseBids without valid license will be rejected.
Bidder should quote the bid in below estimated cost, Bidder should take Difference Cost amount DD/FD/BG in the name of Assistant Conservator of Forest, BBMP and the same written details (example DD/FD/BG No Date Bank Name Branch name (without Amount details) upload in tender. Bidder should fail/not upload the details bid will be rejected in Technically, without information. And if you uploaded, same original DD/FD/BG will submit the ACF,BECC office in Financial Bid opening next day. Without fail.
