Dismentling of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, any layers on roof including cement mortar beding , joints etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and removing of Mud in roofs any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part there of) demolition materials disposed out from MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing and cleaning of roof surface by washing and rubing etc and removing the material retrieved to a dusting materials disposed out from MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs / benching / coving and roof padding over roof surfaces etc rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L of crack treatment and coving: Cutting and opening cracks to a depth of 15 mmx20 mm in U shape by mechanical means. Cleaning all the dirt and loose particles by airpressure and wetting crack to attain SSD condition and filling the crack using super fluid micro-concrete mixed in the ratio of 4 Litres(water):1 (25kg bag recrete ) maintaining to achieve thixotropic consistency complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying fibre reinforced liquid applied elastomeric membrane made of Hybrid PU polymers by self priming with 30% Water Dilution and let it dry for 4-6 hrsplace. Further apply 2 coats of waterproofing treatment fibre reinforced liquid applied elastomeric membrane made of Hybrid PU polymers in a gap of 4-6 hrs. The applied material should have specific gravity of 1.25 g/cc with minimum recommended coverage of 1sqm/Litre to built DFT of 650 microns. The cured membrane shall exhibit: (a) Tensile strength ASTM D412 : 2.5 MPa (b) Elongation ASTM D412 : 500% (c) Adhesion Strength: >2N/sqm as per ASTM D 4541 (d) Crack Bridging Ability : >3-4 mm as per AS/NZS 4548:5:1999 (e) Water Permeability : NIL as per DIN 1048

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work of walls, mixed with liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing coumpound complete all as specified and as directed.
