Taking down the existing old and unserviceable security light/TMS light fitting (HPSV/MH) of any type and make complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable point wiring of light points, fan, socket out let on TW battens/PVC pipes/casing & caping including removing the materials from site and making good the disturbed portion of walls/floors ceiling etc including painting/colour washing/distempering complete all as per existing specification of the surroundings complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor wire with unsheathed, FRLS grade PVC insulated, single core with earth continuity conductor of 1.5 sqmm FRLS grade PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor and including rigid PVC conduit/casing capping of suitable size but not less than 20mm dia. and all accessories fixed to the surface of the roof/ walls or in chases etc. including terminal boxes made out of MS sheet of thickness should be not lessthan 1.2mm thick for fixing of switches, fan regulators socket outlet etc along-with 3mm thick top laminated bakelite sheet for housing switches, etc complete all as specified and as directed for the following :- (a) One light point controled by one switch.

S&F of ceiling rose, three terminal, PVC/polycarbonate, insulated body, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Switch Piano type polycorbonate white 1 way, 6A, 240Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED Street light fitting 1 X 30 Watt LED pressure die cast aluminum housing heat resistant toughened glass with frame , IP - 66 protection, uniform distribution suitable for 40 mm outer dia G I pipe and connecting up etc. Make:-LUKER Cat Part No:- LSTE-30

M&L for Sub Main wiring with two runs of 2.5sq mm 1100 V grade (nominal area) single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable multi-stranded copper conductor drawn through and including medium grade, rigid non-metallic PVC conduit / casing & caping (as per site requirement) of suitable sizewith all necessary fittings, surface in walls/roof/floor duly earthed with one run of single core cable of same size but green in colour as continuous earthing wire and connecting to common earth dolly complete and after taking out the existing sub-main wiring etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Necessary PVC dummy plates & rigid PVC junction boxes for maint./inspection purpose as required on site/directed by Engr-in-charge shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Same size wire shall be used for phase, neutral & earth conductor (iii) The wiring shall be done strictly by following proper colour coding using red, yellow and blue only for phase, black for neutral and green for earth leads. (iv) Three runs of cable and one run of PVC conduit / casing caping will be measured as one uint.
