Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level nexc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for broken stone or boulder hardcore of gauge n exe 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exe 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for rolled mild steel Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating (AZ-150) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating (AZ-150) GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws , complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for preparing of new steel surfaces of any description , over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps,skirting,dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:3) including rubbing and polishing complete.

Materials and labour for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in floor laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6)and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

Materials and labour for 60mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size conforming to IS 15658- 2006 M-35 grade, laid as directed to any shape. Complete all as specified and as directed

Materials and labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, plinth protection, path etc. finished the surface of concrete even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in subbases of floors etc. finished the surface of concrete fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' burnt clay bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 meter mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 20mm thick in two layers of 10 mm thick each in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces,WPC shall be mixed with morter of top layer, finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

Supply only integral Water Proofing Compound of approved make.

Supply and fixing 150mm dia DWC PE pipes (SN-8), ISI marked, in any length jointed and laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 100mm dia DWC PE pipes (SN-8), ISI marked, in any length jointed and laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rolled mild steel angles or tee sections, fixed independently , without connecting plates etc as in splited end fencing post, Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A including drilling holes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Mild steel screw bolt (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be filled with washers and one hexagonal or square nut 5 to 10mm dia shank and exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing mild steel flat iron (conforming to Fe - 290 GDE E-165) for securing fencing post including drilling holes, for screwing bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings, straining, tightening and fixing to MS Nibs embedded in precast RCC fencing posts, struts, etc. securing and tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. Note: Each line wire to be measured.

Fixing only in repair old serviceable steel barbed wire of any description, straining, tightening and fixing to MS Nibs embedded in precast RCC/MS fencing posts, struts, etc. securing and tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. including taking out existing serviceable steel barbed wire Note: Each line wire to be measured.

Supply only chain link fencing with 4mm dia galvanised steel wire ,size of mesh 100mmx100mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires , any mesh, size and type to any type of standard, rails , straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for round bars 10 mm dia and over for fixing of chain link fencing, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for 5mm thick EPOXY ANTISTATIC FLOORING complete with following steps all as specified and directed :- (i) Surface Preparation : Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared. (ii) Priming : All surfaces primed with Solvent Based Epoxy Primer for Concrete. (iii) 3 mm thick underlay : Suitable power-driven mixer / stirrer shall be used. (iv) Intermediate Priming: All surfaces primed with Solvent Based Epoxy Primer for Concrete. (v) Surface Preparation: Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared. (vi) Copper Strips: A copper strip of minimum 80 Microns thick is laid on to the primed surface. (vii) Antistatic Priming: All surfaces to be primed with Antistatic Epoxy Primer. (viii) 3 mm thick Antistatic top coat : Application of top coat with ShaliFloor SL AS 3E having Surface resistivity as per ASTM D257. (Note: All the items and products of the system must be sourced from a single manufacturer. Work shall be executed as per manufactures instruction through authorised applicator of manufacture.)

Materials and Labour for bay Line Marking by applying masking tape before application of bay marking of 100mm width. Stir the Component A and Component B of ShaliFloor SL TC 2HBE separately. Mix hardener gradually into the base under continuous stirring. After mixing, apply ShaliFloor TC 2HBE by brush or roller to the required thickness on the dried primer. ShaliFloor TC 2HBE is a high build coating and is advisable to apply two coats at right angles to each other. This way the second coat will cover any blemishes of the first coat. Allow first coat to become tack free before the second coat is applied. (Generally, second coat is applied after overnight curing of first coat.) Remove the masking tape immediately after application of ShaliFloor TC 2HBE

Materials and labour for forming 12mm thick expansion joints in 100 mm thick concrete slabs, filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for forming 20mm thick expansion joints in 100 mm thick concrete slabs, filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’, complete all as specified and directed.
