M&L surface to be cleaned properly with wire brush to remove dust/loose particles from the surface. All the cracks should be opened in V groove and sealed properly with polyurethane sealant or polymer modified mortar. The surface should be oil and dirt free & in case of any unsound surface replastering to be done properly after application of SBR bonding coat. unsound horizontal surfaces to be filled with free-flowing micro concrete.

M&L for Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in roof pedding , finished even and smooth without using extra cement ,including cleaning the concrete surface by steel wire brushes, up to three stories bldgs, complete .

M&L single component Solvent based moisture cured polyurethane resin based low viscous highly penetrative primer to be mixed properly with electric mixture and to be applied by brush/roller over the entire surface. The deposition of primer should be minimum 200ml/Sq.mt however the same can be varied based upon surface porosity.

M&L Two coats of Single component non-UV resistant based polyurethane to be applied over the primed surface in an interval of 4-6 hrs. The topcoats should be applied with brush/ roller. No dilution is required for these two coats. A non-woven geotextile sheet of 60 GSM to be sandwiched between the layers. The deposition of PU should be 1.8 kg per Sq.mt providing avg thickness of 1.2 mm. The tensile strength of the product should be minimum 1.8 N/mm2. The elongation of the free film should be min 650% as per ASTM D412, Shore A Hardness should be min 45 as per ASTM D-2240, Crack Bridging @-9degree C min 1.5 as per ASTM C 836 & Solid Content should not be less than 90%. Moreover, the material should confirm to ASTM C-836, ASTM C-898.

M&L providing and applying roof insulation with Polyurethane Spray Foam, a two-component system. Polyol and Isocyanate are used in combination to produce rigid low density polyurethane spray foam. It gives good thermal insulation with 60 mm thick impervious sprayed, closed cell free Rigid Polyurethane foam - PU Spray PUF over deck insulation conforming to IS-12432 Pt. III (density of foam being 45-50 kg/ cum). The surface on which spray is applied to be cleaned properly, the moisture content in the surface shall be less than 5% and is to be dried before the application of spray, Polyurethane chemical (A side and B side) shall be sprayed in layers to produce overall 80 mm average thick closed cell polyurethane foam over the spraying surface with the help of appropriate foaming Machine. Precautions shall be taken to cover the nearby areas to avoid Spray of PU Foam on the other areas. The termination of spray at the corners shall be done as per IS:12432 (part 3):2000. The material should comply to thermal conductivity of 0.023 W/m. K at 25°C mean temperature (as per ASTM C518/91), U-value of 0.33 meeting the requirement of ECBC, tensile strength of >400 kPa (as per ASTM D 1623/78), compressive strength >300 kPa (as per ASTM D 1623-03), closed cell content having apparent VOI of 96-98% (as per ASTM D 2856) and fire resistance property confirming to Class 82 as per DIN 4102.

M&L Separation Layer-Loosely lay minimum 150 GSM Geotextile (non-woven polyester) with a min of 75mm wide overlap for Protection of the installed system.

M&L for Cement concrete average 40mm thick, type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction in roof pedding in panels with 10mm wide construction joint and filling the panel joints with Polyurethane Sealant. , finished even and smooth without using extra cement ,including cleaning the concrete surface by steel wire brushes, up to three stories bldgs, complete .

M&L SRI Coating- Applying Two coats of a fiber-reinforced liquid applied elastomeric waterproofing membrane with Polyurethane modified binder& impregnated with synthetic fiber to be applied over the self-primed surface in an interval of 4-6 hrs. The topcoats should be applied with brush/roller/Spray. The deposition should be min 1.2 kg per Sq.mt. The Crack Bridging of the product should be minimum 1.5 mm & SRI value should be greater than 106. The priming coat should be self- priming with a dilution of 40% with potable water. This layer includes 1 priming coat+ 2 undiluted Topcoats.

S&F factory made Fibreglass Reinforced Plastics (FRP) Chajjas of 450mm wide and 4mm thick of Fibrewasys or equivalent in required colour, size, design made by RTM machine technology, resulting in void free compact laminate in single piece, having smooth graddual slope curvature for easy drainage of water and duly reinforced by 2 nos, vertically and 1 nos horizontally 50X2mm thick MS flat with 12mm in built hole for grouting on the existing walll along with the 50mm flanges duly inserted and sealed in the wall complete in one single piece casted monolithically including all necessary fittings.The FRP chajja should be manufactured using unsaturated polyster resin as per IS-6746 duly reinforced with fibreglass chopped strand mat (CSM) as per IS-11551 complete with protective Gelcot U/V coating on top for complete resistance from the extreme of temperature, weather and sunlight complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair ACP Cladding (Aluminium Composite Panel) 4mm thick exterior grade for cladding (The minimum thickness of the upper and lower aluminum plates is not less than 0.50 mm) including necessary fixing arrangements with MS framed structure, visible Joint of ACP to be filled with non staining silicon sealant (Note :- MS brackets shall be finished with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over one coat of zinc chromate primer), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical chlorpyrifos emulsifiable for post constructional anti termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonary apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre (mixing 2.10 ml chemical with one litre of water) including drilling and plugging holes @300mm c/c complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for anti termite treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical chlorpyrifog emulsifiable concentrate @ one litre per hole (mixing 2.10 ml chemical with one litre of water), 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar (1:2) to match the existing floors, complete all specified and as directed.

M/L cement plaster 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or conc surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with by adding permeability reducing polymer @ 250gm/sqm (6%) by weight of cementitious content at time of mixing with water as per manufacturer's recommendations including all levelling the surface, curing etc complete. NOTE : Rates for water proofing compound/ polymer deemed to be included in the above rates.

M &L for providing and applying a bond coat of Latex:Water:cement - 1:4:6 consumption @100gm/sqm on the brick wall surface by brush as per manufacturer's recommendations including curing complete.

Expose the first joint of masonry structure at ground level horizontally. The plaster must be knocked off at least 50 cm beyond the visibly penetrated area. Damaged mortar joints are to be scraped out to a depth of approximately 2-3 cm. Drilling Holes : Drilling holes 10mm diameter in masonary structure along the side of the joint as per manufacturer's instructions so as to cross the brick/ block at the intervals spacing of 15-30cm depending on extent of rising dampness as per recommendation of engineer in charge. Cleaning of holes : Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. Install latex polymer packer injection packers 9.8mm diameter, 10cm long in the holes and tighten. Fix the packer securely using sealent. Cutting of Packers : Cut the packers after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

Supply and apply of a 3 part, very low viscous, elastic polyacrylic injection resin with a versatile and adjustable reaction time having Mixed viscosity : 3-11 M.pa.s at +20 Deg C, Reaction time : adjustable according to ambient temperatrure and execution requirement between 8-50 mins, pH – 9-10, tested as per Wissbau No. 2002-094-(1A) – Function test with re-injectible hose system. The holes should be drilled until a depth of approx 5 cm (for a 6cm thick wall) before the end of the wall is reached. Pump injcection of polymer resin compound at >20 bar into or behind fissures or into masonry joint which are allowing water to infiltrate into unwanted areas. If voids in masonry being injected contain insufficient moisture to activate the grout inject a small amount of water prior to injecting the grout. When movement stops or polymer compound appears at the packer move to the next packer and inject. If the dampness is heavy, inject similarly at next joint line
