Renovation of Kitchen Shed Building at Mangammalpuram AD Welfare School in Nagarasampettai Panchayat.

Dismantling and existing wornout plastering, Ceiling Plastring & Flooring including cost and conveyance all labour charges etc., complete.

Providing granolithic floor finish of 25mm thick with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm Hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trowel, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with CM 1:5 mix (one cement and three sand) to 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Pointing Pressed tiles with cement mortar 1:3 to full depth of tiles using crudeoil 10% by weight of cement including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm.

White Washing two coats of apprved color two coat including cost & conveyance to size and all labour charges etc., complete.

Distembering two coats with best approved colour with Priming Coat over the new plastered surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all other labour charges etc complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior Emulsion paint of approved qualityand colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping,clean removal of dirt etc., complete .

Painting two coats over old Iron works using ready mixed enamel paint inculding cost and conveyance of materials and all labour charges etc.,complete.
