Following work are to be carried out under the jurisdiction of E.U.D.D., Naini, Prayagraj.

Erection of supports 9/10/11/13 mtr. long including grouting with cement sand and brick ballast in 1:4:8 upto 1/6th length of support.

Cutting, fabrication, fixing and mounting of following accessories alongwith Pin, Pin Insulator and ‘F’ Clamp as per enclosed drawing.

11 KV 'V' Type X-arm alongwith guarding angle/channels.

11 KV Tension type fitting with guarding angle/channels.

11 KV Section pole fitting at tapping and pole/terminating pole, tension type fitting with guarding angle/channels alongwith jumpering arrangement.

Erection of Double Pole supports 9/10/11/13 Mtr. long S.T.P./PCC/R.S Joist 9/10/11/13 mtr long including grouting with cement, sand and brick ballast in ratio 1:4:8 upto 1/6th length of support with channel angle fitting.

Fixing and grouting of stay rod with cement, sand and brick ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and fastening the stay wire with pole and stay rod nuzzling as per Urban construction Drawing No. DD SO-31.

Spreading and stringing of 3 Phase 3 wire continuous ACSR Rabbit/AAAC equivalent Rabbit conductor for 33/11 KV line including binding of insulator complete in all respect. The work includes jumpering/connecting of conductor at sectional pole. The work also includes opening of O/H cable service line and its connection after sagging the conductors. The work consists petty work including energisation of line.

Spreading and stringing of 2 nos G.I wire No. 6 SWG for earthing/guarding of 11/33 KV line and knitting with GI Wire for making guard at an interval of 5 Meters. The lacing nearest to the support will be about 1.5 meters. The work includes opening of O/H cable service and its re-connection after staging of G.I Wire.

Earthing of support complete with the help of M.S. rod 20 mm dia, 2.5 mtr. long and fastening of G.I. wire with clamps/X-arm/support to M.S. earth rod as per Drg. No DD SO 27 complete in all respect.

Making plinth of support of size 0.45x0.45x3 cement, sand and brick ballast in ration 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ratio 1:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly.

Painting of supports and its accessories with one coat of Red Oxide as Primer and 2 Coats of Alum. Paint after rubbing, cleaning etc. in all respect.

Making of 11 KV Bus bar arrangement on existing four pole by providing, fabricating channels, angles, fixing with clamps/ U bolts, hoisting pin and Pin Insulator and connecting conducto/DD wire for the purpose of Bus Bar in all respect.

Cutting and fabrications of fittings made of MS channel/angle and fixing on existing four pole holding 1 KV line/Guard wire including hoisting of Disc./ Pin and Pin insulator complete.

Opening of service line/cable to facilitate the lying of conductor for making new line and after completion of work re-connecting the service line/service cable.

Lowering of existing LT mains line for getting proper clearance from 11KV line including opening of fittings, retightening the same and reconnecting the jumper.

Cutting and fabrication of Double pole fitting for 11/0.4 KV LT S/s with MS channel and angle for top channel GO, DO fittings, T/F base channels ladder support, rail top etc. Mounting and fixing of above fitting on D/P with clamp and “U” bolt.

Fabrication, Mounting and fixing of fittings for 11 KV line on double pole complete.

Mounting and fixing of 11 KV Gang operating switch/ DO fuse set on F/P/Double Pole adjustment of GO with operating Rod., Pile and handle complete in all respect including jumpering.

Erection and grouting of LT Cubical Box, Making platform for stepping, plastering the same with cement sand in raio 1:6 Fising the tailless unit 500/300 Amp making LT Busbar and its taping.

Laying/hanging of following LT cable of different size for main/distribution /connecting the main cable from T/F to tailless unit and for distribution, from tailless unit to LT section Pole, crimping the both ends of cable if required and tapping be made inside Distribution box making channel of first class brick and filling with soil.

Laying of 11 KV 50/70/120/185 sq. mm. HT cable including raising the both ends connecting with line/ Sub-station after digging cable trench 0.9 M. deep, making of brick channel, filling the channel with sand after laying the cable and filling trench.

For Cutting the PUCCA/Bitumen Road.

Hanging of 11 KV 50/70/120 sqmm. XLPE/PILCA cable after drawing stay wire between support with help of Turn Buckle. Cable, will rest on hooks built of G.I. wire, proper fastening of cable, Complete work.

Safe unloading of 11/0.4 KV, 630/400/250/100/63/25 KVA T/F from four pole/ Double pole carriage of same form site to store, unloading, shifting at proper place in Store.

Fixing of Additional Tailless Unit 500/300 Amp. on old LT Distribution Busbar including extension of LT Busbar and sagging.

Construction of 11/0.4 KV Transformer plinth in size 1.5x1.5x 1.8 mtr. Height, including 0.6 mtr. below G.L. in bottom 1:4:8 cement sand and brick ballast; concreting upto 15 cm. thickness after ramming should be done. Thickness of 1st class brick work should be 0.35 mtr. below G.L. and above G.L. It should be 0.23 mtr. brick work will be done with 1:4 cement, sand mortar, The space between the four walls should be filled with sand by ramming and watering keeping space of 0.15 mtr on Top for 1:2:4 cement, stone, ballast and sand concreting. The two channels should be grouted as per direction of site incharge. All the sides of wall above G, L. should be plastered by 1:6 cement sand mortar having 12 mm thickness.

Re-conductor of LT lines in adjoining area. The aforesaid reconductoring work is to be performed :-

Opening of bamboo strip and LT spacer on each span of LT line

Opening of binding on each pole alongwith section pole existing LT/HT line, dismantling of conductor and carriage from site to store.

Laying and stringing of ACSR Dog/rabbit/Weasel conductor for making new LT line in place of old line, binding of conductor on insulator, making section point.

Providing and fixing of bamboo strip on LT line to avoid shorting of line.

Dismantling of old LT/HT supports and carriage of same from site to store including loading, unloading and stacking etc.

Changing configuration of existing LT line form vertical to horizontal mounting of fitting and other accessories.

Cutting, fabrication, fixing and mounting of LT fittings 3 phase 5 wire on existing LT Section Pole/End pole for extension of LT line.

Jointing of 11 KV cable box with cable and connecting the same with line/switchgear.

11 KV 50/70 sq. mm. outdoor, indoor.

Cutting, Fabricating, fixing and mounting of MS Channel/angle fitting support for holding 11 Kv outdoor joint box.

Providing and fixing of welded wiremesh fencing, around transformer plinth having one locking arrangement, Fencing should be provided by grouting MS angle 40x40x5 mm. length of 1.5 m. on all the sides as per standard practice and design. The painting of fencing should be done by good quality green paint with two coats after rubbing and cleaning and providing one coat red oxide primer. The fencing should be 2 mtr. above ground level. The rate should be inclusive of all materials required for completion of above work.

Un-earthing and dismantling of 11 KV Cable of following size including carriage from site to store :-

11 Kv 35/70 sq mm.

11 Kv 120/185/300 sq mm.

Erection and grouting of following 11 Kv CVT/11 Kv VCB incoming/outgoing /Bus coupler complete with earthing.

11 Kv HT Metering cubical.

33 Kv HT Metering cubical.
