S&F in repair 15mm Concealed stop cock fancy type, cast copper alloy, chromium plated screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union, size 15mm bore complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of concealed stop valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing of 30 mm thick glass fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) paneled doorshutter conferming to IS:14856-2000 of required colour and made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyster resin,moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminated for forming hollow rails and style with suitable second class hardwood timber block inside at required places for fixing of fittings,cast molithically with 5mm thick FRP laminated for panels including fixing to frames,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S&F factory made steel ventilator with half portion fixed type and half top portion hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay with glazing bar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S&F factory made window, made out of MS hollow section of size 79mm x 39mm x 1.6mm thick frame with double shutter (glazed and wire guage shutter) made out of Z section using flush butt welding and tenon riveting all as per IS 1038/83, dobby hinges shall be provided to both shutter, locking arrangement as per sample approved by GE, provided with knob 'Z' section handles 100mm size and 150 mm long hook and eye welded to frame and shutter,four number legs welded to frame including necessary flat iron beading for securing wire gauge and 8nos tower bolt 150mm length and guard bar used only 12mm square bars(guard bar measured and paid separately another item) etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as in grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or rivetted or forged into spikes; framed 12mm square guard bars, walkways, railing, framed work of water tanks and similar works complete all as directed by Engineer-in- charge

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S&F rubber neoprene packing for aluminium door/aluminium window/aluminium partition etc complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (jointless) 7 to 8 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
