Design, Manufacturing and supply of heavy duty out door bridge for sugar mill plant cane unloading conforming to IS:807-1976 & IS:3177-1977 Fabricated from M.S. Plate section conforming to IS:226/2062 Steel in box type design with and carriage fitted with wheel of fusion welded having 'L' type bearing housing for long travel (LT) wheel assemblies having SPAN-22.00 Mtrs Capacity -05Ton SWL along with dismantling of old existing bridge and Erection and Commissioning of New Bridge old existing cross Travel Trolley will be used. Type of bridge-M.S. Plate Fabricated box type Span-22.00 Mtrs, Unloading capacity -05 ton SWL

Note:- (i)Fabrication will be done using prime plates and sections and using MIG, Welding process. (ii)Only tack welding will be done by electrode using ARC welding(iii) Parallality of the cross travel rails/Square bar, Diagonals, Deflection of the bridge & Trolley will be accurate and confirming to standard and best engineering practices. (iv) Bridge must be two coated by red oxide metal primer and two coats of golden yellow colour.
