Bed structure consist of metal frames made of Powder coated MS rectangular pipe

1.25mm thickness of 75mmx50mm Height of head end from floor 800mm, Foot end height

from floor 550mm made of 18 mm ply with 1mm mm thick laminate total edge binding with

hot glued beading of matching colour. The Border of head and foot end is made of 18 mm

ply with laminate as shown in Picture making total thickness to 36mm . Bed fitted with

polypropylene grommets. Bed made of 12mm ply wood screwed on frame reinforcement

on 2 sections of rectangular pipe 16 SWG 25mm X 25mm by welding.Under storage one

single drawer unit side opening half length only on 4 castors made of 12mm ply board with

matching ratex paint or half bed box with side hinged lifting cover. All metal parts should be

epoxy polyester power coated to minimum thickness of 60 micron which shall be measured Nos 46964.00 274.00 12868136.00

randomly at site by the engineer-in charge before release of payment.

The items of single bed considered in B.O.Q is inclusive of Six inch thick high density

mattress to fit on the bed along with one no of standard size soft microfibre sleeping pillow

covered with organic cotton cover to fit size of mattress and pilow. The core of the mattress

will be made of 25mm thick cool gel memory foam plus another layer of 100mm thick flexi

P.U high density foam with top layer composed of a thick 15mm memory foam layer which

again filled at top with 10mm P.U high resilience foam thus total thickness of 150mm (Six

inch). There will be minimum five years warranty from the manufacturers of reputed make

duly approved by the Engineer in-chare. The product shall be as per image and got

approved in advance by the Engineer

1.2 Bed side table, Dimension: 450mm(L) X 450mm (D) X 650mm(H)

Supplying, and placing in position of bed side table as per drawing /image. The bed side

table are made up of 18 mm thick Prelaminated MDF Board. All the exposed edges are

edge banded with 2 mm thick PVC edge banding. Side panels are made of 18 mm thick

Prelam MDF board with 2mm thick PVC edge banding . Bed side table having a provision

of one drawer with open shelf in it and D shape handle with locking arrangement. The

product shall be as per image and got approved in advance by the Engineer in-Charge.The

bed site table pre laminated colour should match with the laminate colour of bed and shall

be got approval in advance before proving the samples at site.
